In my opinion, it was criminal of NYC to allow the 9-11 museum to close. The city and state waste tens of millions of dollars on all manner of programs that are less worthy. But to be clear, many in NY politics do not want people to remember what happened and how it happened.

After 15 years i finally finished hells highway today and legit cried when baker was breaking the news to hartsock about what happened in the mortar round that hit them. I never finished the game growing up cause i knew it would be the end of the series. Was bitter sweet for sure. The potential they could have with the graphics nowadays to finish the series out, especially with the battle of the bulge/bastogne would be epic. I was 22 years old and pregnant with my oldest son on September 11th, 2001. I remember being asleep when the first plane hit. I remember hearing my phone ringing in my apartment and when I answered it was my Mom crying and telling me to put on the TV...i didn't know what she was so upset about??... The minute I put my TV on i saw...saw the burning tower and sat on my couch horrified and shocked....i think I actually dropped my phone because I was shaking so badly!! 😞 I watched horrified and scared as the second plane hit....And I just couldn't believe that this was happening?! Because I was pregnant my emotions were heightened and I started crying and with tears streaming down my face i simply sat there in disbelief and shock... I have watched numerous videos about this and this is by far one of the best ever done about this horrible and tragic and unbelievable day.... It's literally the day that my generation realized what my grandparents generation had gone through when Pearl Harbor was attacked on December 7th, 1941. To hear the messages from the Firefighters and then to know that most of them lost their lives trying to save others who they didn't know!! God Bless Them All!! ❤🙏🇺🇸 This is very very hard to watch...because i remember watching this all that day!! But i can't turn it off...idk why? I feel like I must watch this video all the way through to honor those brave souls who died that day... Sorry I wrote a book, but I wanted to share what I remember what I remember i was doing and feeling... Thank you for creating this video because we shall never ever forget what happened on September 11th, 2001!! ❤❤❤🙏🇺🇸❤❤❤

Unparalleled respect for all who acted in service to others that day, uniformed and otherwise. This horrific day is perhaps our greatest-captured single display of humanity at its peak and in living color. I gotta say, now finding myself older than him at the time, Paul Battaglia's 9-1-1 call strikes such a sour chord. The fear in his voice and knowing how young he was then is truly heartwrenching. No one deserves a fate like that.

40:36 was Commissioner Stephen Gregory, not Chief Barbra. Also, field comm was not in the south tower. It was outside on West Street near the parking garage facing towards the two towers near the staging area.

If only they had the time to do there work in the towers. They had water on the fire and actively fighting it when the first tower came down. Could have been the greatest rescue in history. That and the chains keeping people from the roof. Idk how many thet they could have saved but there was a chooper there waiting and willing to risk it all to get people off the roofs.

It's not just America history. I'm british and that horrible day is burnt into my consciences. I remember everything so clearly from being at work and a guy coming in saying "a planes hit the WTC" we all thought a little sessner or something. Then a quarter of an hour later he came back saying "another one has hit the other tower" we all said don't be stupid. And then of course......... what a horrible bastard of a day.

Ground combat impossible so they did air combat. Why in hell didn't USA think of that,??

This video threw me back in time. I was 6 years old watching the news and seeing the 2nd plane hit the tower I started crying my mom was crying we were in Washington state at the time.

I think some of the bravest ppl on our planet are firefighters .... alot of them are volunteers. They are the ones who go into danger and you dont have to worry about trusting them bc they are there to help without ulterior motives. RIP to ALL firefighters who have died as heroes ... and to all living firefighters: may God bless and keep you always. You are MY real life heroes! ❤❤❤

It makes so upset that felllow americans that are marching and protesting with the Pro palenstienias are trying to say this day never happened. How How can you calll yourselves Americans. You should alll be ashamed and should turn yourselfs into the authorites an ask and begg forgiveness from all other americans.
