Maria's apartments - Plomari

We stayed for a couple of nights at Maria's apartments in Plomari, Lesbos Greece. The experience was great! The staff go out of their way to help and assist you and they speak English, Greek and other languages as well as not all of them are native Greeks. The location is excellent as you are well within walking distance to the main centre of town and many tavernas and cafes, but also to some v...
Hi do the floor pieces sit tight in against the sides so there touching or is there abot of tolerance? I want to me a ply floor for mine but I don't how tight they should be abd iv got no airdeck floor to copy
after 4 years of use, the glue comes off
That's no good mate. Been leaving it out in the sun?
@@no1stoppy Yes, in the sun, the glue began to peel off
4 years is about the lifespan of these tbh
Thanks for update
I just got one of these
Hope it serves you well Matt
Hey Mike, I got mine in March and had my 1st 5 mile ride Saturday. No cable problems. Mine are not similar to yours. That seat has killed my ass! After my first small ride, I wound up getting a gel cover to tie to the seat which has helped, but I am looking for some other options to have a little more comfort! I also noticed you don't have a front or rear reflector. Mine came with the reflectors and I bought a front/rear light kit as well. So far I love the bike. Hopefully it holds up!
Hi Paul. Yes I did the same with the seat cover. Mine came with a rear reflector but not front. I've got lights front and back now. It's a great bike and I'm sure you will love it
I used my electric pump to inflate 80 percent then used the supplied pump. Way quicker and less effort 👌
Agreed, I've done that too and I've just gone and bought myself a cordless vacuum/pump to do the same thing
@@no1stoppy also worked great to deflate
Have the same model. It seems install related. I have yet to come across this.
Hi
I bought one the other day but took it back ...because bcf have this boat on their web page but the Caspian pro have changed manufacturing and model ....the one I bought has inflatable floor so I took it back cause I was after hard floor ... Any ideas where I can get this exact model ????
Sorry Michael. I got mine from BCF and it was the last one in store. The guy told me the were changing models so it looks like they have down graded
@@no1stoppy yer spewn .... was just thinking if I could cut a marine ply template and paint it and chuck it over the inflated floor for a more stable floor ....also avoiding punctures from fish hooks etc
@@randomstuff5338 Did you end up cutting the floor base?
@@hobbyless4089 I didn't, I just used the inflatable floor because it's pretty hard when inflated , will be a project for next spring , great little run abouts for the price
@@hobbyless4089 there is a few aluminium floors on Amazon but not sure if they would fit ,I'd have to measure the inside of the Caspian pro
Very nice! Is there a way we can check how much air pressure in the boat .
With the gear I have its only possible if you have the pump connected.
Dear Michael! Thanks for swift response! Do you mean to connect the pump and gauge with any chamber? What would be the gauge reading .
@@gemale yes the gauge should read 0.23 bar or 3.34 psi.
i just got mine a few month ago get my 2.5 suskki soon im really happy with it great review
Thank you. Mine is still going strong.
Can you guide me about the weifend tripod quick release plate

Great boat. czcams.com/video/NZ55sLpMKU8/video.html
I just bought one from bcf online on clearance because no bcf shops had any in stock. Looking forward to receiving it today. 😊
Nice. I hope you are happy with it.
I'm thinking of buying one for driving it around with my dad in our little creek. great review by the way :)
You probably dont care at all but does someone know of a method to get back into an instagram account..? I stupidly lost my account password. I love any tricks you can offer me
@Johnny Kyson Instablaster :)
nice review where did you buy it from
Thanks Leefyy. I got it from BCF in Adelaide. They gave me a good price as run out stock and last one. Paid aus $550.00
is this still alive? if so this is going to be my tripod.
please mention me the tripod model number,, eagerly waiting for buying this
It is a nice looking tripod but a very bad chineze queality. My wife bought it she is a professional. With the first attempt there were already parts broken off. I have repaired it by glueing it back, putted tape around it and at last mounted 2 fasten rings. I must not imagine what will happen when her expensive camera was mounted on it.
Can i use that for digital cam like fujifilmx10?
1:35 of course it doesn't have a pan handle... it's a ball head which is more suited for still work rather than video work. And though you mentioned the plasticky like legs the word that is escaping you is, "Aluminum"... You never did mention what that Weifeng model number is. Weifeng makes hundreds of tripods and monopods and without the model number then this is a generic un-boxing as we don't know which model this applies to. You mentioned the head comes off in a reply to another comment, but you didn't actually show it in the video. So sorry mate we can't take your word that it indeed comes off without proof that it comes off. I did notice a bit of a stub sticking out at the bottom of the centre column and attributed that to either a retractable hook that you failed to show, or it was a 1/4" thread so it can be used for really low angles or as a copy stand. I had to find that info from another CZcams video. Incidentally I found a Russian guy who also did a review on a Weifeng tripod. Though I didn't understand what he was saying he was quite thorough in showing all the components of the tripod including the threads on both sides of the column. Overall I can see from the other guys video that though this model may claim it can hold 5Kg in weight, I wouldn't trust it for anything over 500g because the last section when the legs are extended are roughly 15 mm or less in diameter. Thanks for trying though.
Is it still sturdy? can i remove the head? put pressure on the head when fully extended and tell me Thanks
Gershon Dharmanandan Hi Gershon, yes the tripod is still sturdy and the head can be removed. There is a little bit of flex to the extension when fully extended. Bear in mind I am an amateur photographer and use the tripod infrequently. It suits my needs but I would like a handle to pan with.
Michael Stopp is it just a little bit of flex? there will be a fair bit of weight on it.. im putting the velbon fluid head on it which is nearly 1kg, and my camera and lens weighs about 1kg aswell... so thats nearly 2kg... can you unscrew the head?
Gershon Dharmanandan Hi Gershon, if you are putting that much weight on the tripod I would suggest purchasing a more expensive one that has been rated for the loads you are talking about. My view is this one is a good cheap alternative for hobby photographers. i don't think it would break under the loads you are suggesting, but the tripod could be stressed at full extension resulting in some movement in windy conditions. And yes the the head can come off.
Michael Stopp I'm not gonna put that much weight on it, I just estimated, also it won't be fully extended I am getting the wf-6663a which is for video and 5kg
so can you not pan with this tripod then?
It seems he has the photography version of this tripod the FA-6662A, the video version with the panning is the FA-6663A.
TheDarkKnight1985 Hi, yes you can pan with this head but it is not as effective as using a handle. The problem is that when you tighten the head it becomes difficult to move in a constant motion. You can't tighten so that it provides enogh resistance to get a smooth action. When it is too loose panning spped varies and when it is too tight you get too much resistance. A handle would provide much better control that controlloing with the camera. GAZ[bot] below is quite right in his comment. Hope this helps.
sorry mate, did you say 36$?!! thirty-six bucks? unbelievable... How is it stacking up after a couple of years of use? . thanks
Still going strong Aramis7. But on reflection I would rather a tripod with a handle so that panning is easier when using for video. After extended use I find the ball head is akward at times. Thanks, Michael
Hi I found one like this but it says 2 in 1 tripod and monopod is that what this is
Thanks for the review champ. I actually recently bought the WF-531B which comes at a shorter height 1.50m max but it's the new and improved version of this model. Cost me $AU50 on ebay but I saw another review on youtube and another guy actually compares the two tripods. The WF-531B is a lot more sturdy and comes with a fluid ball head. This guy also outlines the legs as you mentioned. The newer model is a lot more stable. Bear in mind, WeiFeng is also the same as the brand "Fancier'.
Is WF531B Arca Swiss compatible?
Do you still recommend this tripod?
