Shark bite behind the wall not a good idea
@@johnjobber2219 These shark bites would not be inside a wall. They would be inside the box friend.
Thank you for the video. I was able to get my sink working. Watched many other videos that made things very complicated. Much appreciated ❤
@@stacycharmley61 I appreciate you reaching out to me! I’m very glad that I was able to help you find a solution that wasn’t to hard!
I dont know where this is, but in the state I live in, use of bare steel unprotected pipe was disallowed starting in the late 1960's or early 1970's. And the ditch had to be at least 3' from the foundation of the house or building. 18" minimum depth using poly pipe using prefabricated risers at each end to bring it above ground.
@@billbraniger2306 Of course if you hire somebody you will have to do the new codes. If you buy an old house and you own it, you can fix it just as it was before. It would be grandfathered in as is repaired. Plus this is not unprotected steel. The steel if you watched my other gas videos all in order you will see that it was painted three times and pressure checked also by the local gas company was placed a green sticker on my meter. But yes calling a pro will cost a toe.
Wow! Please people do not listen to this imbecile. I am an asbestos inspector and this guy is giving you dangerous info. Asbestos removal is done in a contained environment with negative pressure machines and proper PPE not by holding your breath. One of many problems with this jokers video is the potential release of asbestos fibers that travel airborne in a non controlled environment. Please everyone unsubscribe from this quacks channel and do not hire this guy if you value yours and your family’s health
If asbestos is so dangerous , that’s means ppl have been dying from the wind blowing on it every day. Looks like he did the right thing getting rid of it. Why don’t all theese inspectors send him free safety gear instead.
Your right, it’s much safer gone and if they gave me gear they wouldn’t be able to charge $20,000 to remove it anymore and do the same thing I did anyway, with a space suit on. It’s mostly dangerous if you cut it with a saw and make lots of dust in a tight space or something and just stay in there all day or do insulation clean out or blow in back in the day before they knew it was bad to eat it lol It is dangerous but come on lol this here is a lunch break project with a clean breath hold before a 10 second tare out. I’ll save the $20,000 If I can make the world a safer place for $0. Thanks for reaching out!
Nice video if it wasn't for the train! Lol

Mine keeps cutting off every couple seconds. It’s full charged. Any ideas??
@@Skincaregirl22. I think that mowing on 2 or 1 is to low honestly for the mower. Setting 3 cuts my grass easy. I like the look of the yard also after and it bags great. The bag I have filled and dumped so many times and it’s still got no holes. The batteries are holding up good to. But I would suggest having a back up set if you’re doing more than like 1/3 of an acre.
This is the only video I’ve found helpful. Everyone else just shows how to hook the fridge up to an already installed water hookup in the wall, which didn’t apply to me and my old house as the water line is located in the basement. Thank you so much!

Great video! Thank you.
Thank you! No problem, glad I could help!
I like the work you did. I Just recommend that you clean the pipe with a pipe cleaning solvent of your choice and put rust proof spray paint for corrosion to save your work in the long run or use a anode bag underground if you want to
Thank you! Thanks for reaching out! If you watch the next couple gas videos in my playlists, in order, you will see that it was painted 3 times with rust proof spray paint grey, I definitely agree. I should have put that part in this video but I believe it’s the next one instead because it got long.
@@GrantKeysProperties no problem chief I didn’t know you had other videos lol good work tho bro
@blad170 Your fine! Yess! I got a whole playlist on the entire gas project on that property. Beginning to end. Inside flex hoses and the steel and all there appliance hook ins as well. Thank you!! 😊
Be honest, have you noticed restrictions from pex B noticeably decreasing water pressure?
Good question! Thanks for reaching out. From my experience, I’ve used it on so many things and places. I’ve never had a single issue. The stuff is like incredible. In comparison to any old school stuff, pvc, copper, pcvc, galvanized. I think its pressure is the same or better. People say stuff on my channel and I laugh because I do what works or I would not do it but there again, I realize everyone has an opinion. This is mine and I love it. Super easy also and I’m never going backwards!
@@GrantKeysProperties i hear ya, I try to steer people toward building within the codes for their states or regions etc. but there's not a lot of testing as to how bad the inserts for pex b restrict water. My apartment was built with all pex b with sharkbites so flow is not an issue but true pex b fittings would look so much neater and uniform. the other choice is of course upsizing to 3/4 (currently 1/2") which would mean tearing out and almost starting over. 1/2" has been totally fine as I only have 2 sinks, a toilet, and a shower with wide open sharkbites I'm just looking around to confirm issues. I just picked up the ryobi p660 with pinch clamps and pex b ball valves. Sharkbite max hold 200 psi at 250F which beats apollo's connections. Sometimes choices can be a burden lol
@@TOOL_TECHNICAL Yoir not kidding about the choices! I definitely think that if it comes to cost being more for another way I would probably just stick to the system I am familiar with and have the tools for! But I believe there is lots of good ways to do a thing. I even think copper and pvc are acceptable! I have been in situations even with this channel on back and forth on how I’m gonna do certain things. Just go with your gut feeling as long as it’s reasonable as well haha
I’m wanting a kitchen with just large draws, very tempted to do with 2 x 4s

It’s a Wye brotha!! lol great video brotha 🤙🏽
Hahaha thanks!!! I appreciate you brotha!
These floors look better than when you started, but far from what they could be. I recommend watching a video on how the pros do it. Not someone that had to rent their sander.
I could have got rougher sandpaper if I wanted. Then the finer sandpaper after but I like this and was quite easy. Ohh yeahhh and if you hire the pro, expect to spend $5,000 plus. Thanks for checking in!
5:40 😂😂
Haha good stuff!
I appreciate showing the nitty gritty and proving that patience and perseverance is key! This task is so gross, but necessary to be able to do!
Thank you! I appreciate that. I’m glad I could help. I always try my best and think about, if I was watching my own video, would I be able to do the project after watching it. Thanks again!!
Did you end up painting those? curious how they came out
Heyy! Great question. I did not, I left them completely rough. There is actually still bits of saw dust on them lol. That said, I love it very much but when I move out and rent this property, I will put clear coat gloss on them to protect from tenant spills!
Video coming probably tomorrow ❤🎉
Really pretty land I’m excited to watch the journey 🎉
I think so and it will be a journey! Hopefully everything goes well!
Howdy! My aerobic system output water only tested clear when brand new chlorine discs were added. We finally grew tired of neighbor complaints and city inspectors so we got rid of it and dug some leach lines but we had to haul in about 10 loads of dirt that would perc. Also we wish we didnt stop drilling when we hit seven gallons per minute. The water was high sulphur and never tested good. Good luck my brother
Howdy!! Yes, it could be a good location for these things or a terrible one! I’m excited for the challenges but I still at the same time. Hope it’s not too challenging. That is the risk! Also, though, if this project does not work out, I will at least have a place to sleep in my car lol 😂 I can pitch one of those tents up hahaha

your video makes me dizzy
Sometimes dizzy will save you money;) Sometimes it won’t. Hopefully you come out of it soon! !
thanks for this lesson. doesn't concrete cause chemical burns to the skin? should you have worn gloves?
No problem! It can-does and I would suggest wearing gloves but I don’t when it’s little projects and I rinse my hands but use caution. If you mess with it for a while out in the heat and don’t rinse you will be very uncomfortable the next day. Thanks for reaching out!
