It’s possible someone else started the spirit memory so maybe the spirit is already activated ? If you waited and waited and it still didn’t show or you went home and waited a few minutes and then warped back and it STILL wasn’t there then it must have been some kind of glitch. But generally we wanna wait just in case it is active already, or leave and come back so that you can enter with a new server and reset it

Unfortunately the candles don’t stay 😔 after I filmed it I went to go spend the candles but it fell back down to 7. So it doesn’t actually process the candles

if you're talking about the item that looks like a pirate treasure map, it's a music sheet. each one helps you play a different song. (none of them are labeled as which song before you buy) you can play the instruments without them if you want. i personally would save your candles for cooler things, but spend your igc however you wish. hope this helps :)

The capes are not available to purchase anymore. There are 3 capes in the office now, the Little Prince Cape, the Aurora Wings Cape and the Nine Coloured Deer cape. They were all the ultimate gifts for these collab seasons. Ultimate gifts don’t return in Sky. The Aurora Wings returned ONCE because there was an Encore Concert. So you can enjoy these capes now but you cannot permanently obtain them. If you like the area and you want to spend $$$ to return there, there is a deer plushie at thatskyshop.com that you can purchase, scan it, and it will teleport you to there any time you want ➡️ thatskyshop.com/products/sky-deer-plush

We also looked for help on the sky discord server and there doesn't seem to be a solution to this. I think the only solution is to play at the same time and look at each other's screens.😭

You should contact TGC and explain the bug and report it as a bug. They can work on it

Everything in beta version is free. But beta and live do NOT sync together. They are two totally separate games. It will NOT carry over
