I'm surprised it's only 309whp. I am running a 91oct tune with no extra parts except for a KnN drop in filter and Clark tuned me to 295whp. If an intake and tmic and charge pipe only give you 15 more hp average, not really worth the extra costs imo.

4 cylinders weren't meant for dual exhaust. Needs a single exit.

I MISS THE EXHAUST NOTE OF MY 2012 STI AND EVEN MY SNOW CAR,2002 FORESTER, HAS THAT MINI V8 (LOL) RUMBLE. I HAD SUBARU PERFORMANCE TECHNICA EXHAUST ON IT AND COBB DOWNPIPE TO HIGH FLOW CATS..LOVE MY VB , ITS JUST SUCH A GREAT DAILY. CHASSIS IS SUPER TIGHT. MOTOR MAKES GREAT POWER OVERALL BUT THE WIDE POWER BAND AND THE LOW END POWER IS NIGHT AND DAY BETTER THAN MY EJ'S. SUBARU UNDERRATED POWER FIGURES FOR THESE CARS FROM THE FACTORY BASED ON ALL THE DYNOS THAT HAVE BEEN DONE ON OEM STOCK CARS. THEY RESPOND REALLY WELL TO MODS. GREAT BANG FOR BUCK. BUT FOR MY WISH LIST I REALLY WANT AN STI 6 SPEED AND DRIVETRAIN. EVEN WITH MY BILLETWORKZ SHORT SHIFTER KIT, IT STILL DOESNT COME CLOSE TO THD EFFORTLESS BUT PRECISE SHIFTING OF MY GSR INTEGRA(DC2) , RSX, STI ETC..AT LEAST THE STI GEARBOX WAS CONFIDENCE INSPIRING WHEN DRIVING AGGRESSIVELY..STILL LOVE MY VB AND FOR THE PRICE THE NEW WRX'S CANT BE BEAT. The VBs come stock with 1300 injectors I am told. I have an IP coming and will retune for that to take advantage of the exhaust flow. The Cobb Stage Two kit is fun. But without a ‘real’ intake, I need some more ROAR and that IP should do it! Cheers from Socal

the stock fuel pump should be able to run the e85. the fuel pump on the va's were not strong enough to run ethanol but the vb's fuel pump can run the ethanol. did your tuner recommend you change it?

Pretty sick tight man..I have a 2018 STI with some pounds of boost added..HKS 1"inch drop, front/rear strut tower bars..RAYS wheels rims on 265/35 18's all around..and front Lip splitter, lower rear diffuser setup..and Im really in love with the STI in my years...but I gotta tell U..your gettup is prety nice..Im REALLY starting to like the THICK HUGE CIVICY rear on these new WRX's..Very nice..its growing on me....I MIGHt just have to start an INSTA for my STI....really thinking about it... Woops almost forgot my AWE Track edition exhuast..male the unequal length headers sound SUPERnasty..yeah cold starts are NEIGHBOR waking....LOVe it...
