These are basic and juvenile. With the advent of 3d printers and laser cutters etc… there are much cooler things to do and true 3d scenery is a snap.
Hi Kieth, Thanks for taking the time to comment. I am an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and as such, use products available to me through our catalog to create hand stamped greeting cards, party favors, small gift packaging and scrapbooks. The products you mention are not in our catalog and therefore, I would not use them. They also sound like they need electricity. The products I sell do not need electricity to use them. Happy Holidays to you!
The fumes are extremely toxic do not do this.
As with everything in life, proceed with caution and use your best judgement. The plates were warmed and not melted. Also, did you notice this video was from 9 years ago? I would advice on today's date to just order a new set of plates from my online store here: sjsinks.stampinup.net/ Thanks for your support of my business!

You are welcome! BUT, this video was from 9 years ago so I am sure the current plates have a different chemical composition. Proceed with caution if you try this method. I tend to store my clear plates in the Cut and Emboss machine, in the middle of the platform when not in use and this keeps them at a reasonably flat.
