Melee rangers have always been a very fun concept to me. There are a variety of flavors to the builds that make them very viable for adhering to personal playstyles. Multiclassing is amazing with melee rangers. Extremely versatile. Awesome video, man. Thanks!

I find it funny that u said the displacer beast and devil fight is the most challenging when I made short work of it because main character is a sorcerer so I shot 2 lightning bolts in 1 turn and because I accepted volos help earlier in my playthrough I have the constant see invisibility so the big dude could never really hide properly

I think I wasted my time lowering the lanterns I was able to put each of them out using an ice spell, got to the center and then lowered the lanterns after hah

Why dont you shoot the minions soul after they die?

Do warlocks also get animate undead actually? Prob will find out soon once I lvl again lol

Hey what arpg like this would you recommended for first players. I want to play with a friend who needs an easy to learn one.

I'm reading conflicting reports on how bonus attack from GWM works with war priest charges. I only want 1 dip in War Cleric for 3 war priest charges but the thought would be to take GWM to essentially extend those war priest charges. If I kill/crit then I get the bonus attack from GWM, but if not then I use the war priest charge. People suggest that war priest charge is janky and will use your war priest charge when you use bonus attack from GWM. Can you confirm or deny this?

I feel like when they popped a way point a short way after the first puzzle I should have figured they were setting up a slogfest of a fight. The enemies spawn in so quickly you can get overwhelmed VERY QUICKLY

Where is the myconids ring lotation? I accidently gave it gale, his arcane hunger, and now I am ways ahead oof the main story, the ring is worth to load a past save? Is it worth it? Danm it feels so bad

I’m doing the faith leap trial now and I gotta say, the fact that you can’t choose to jump as an action after expending your bonus action is fucking BULLSHIT. you’re saying I can run 9 meters but I can’t use any of that time or energy to jump cuz I just cast the JUMP spell as a fucking bonus action????????

this is without a doubt the most boring most tedious most frustrating part of the game

Did they nerf this build to the ground? I came back to the game after a few months, respecced the passives (Because the passive tree was reset), and I just can't get through a level without dying. Is it just me, have I lost the hang of the game, or is this build nerfed?

This guy has Astarion and didn't to think to just stealth in, steal the umbrel jem and use invisibility on the way out...smh

The moment you reach character level 5, you don't really want to have that one level in Rogue anymore as it delays getting Spirit Guardians. The 1D6 Sneak Attack damage you get from a single level in Rogue also becomes nearly irrelevant by character level 3 or 4. So if you want this build, I'd recommend respeccing. You could start as a Rogue and spec to level 5 Cleric at character level 5 and respec again to Rogue 1 / Cleric 5 at character level 6. An alternative would be to play as a pure cleric for the first five levels and respec at character level 6 to the same thing. I tried this build for Shart in my current playtrough an it really bothered me to get all the great lvl 5 stuff on the other characters, but not on her so I respecced to a pure Cleric at character level 5. Maybe I'll go back to Rogue 1 /Cleric x at the next level.
