That's a cool way of doing it! I'm going to be working with a 4.5' bed length. I was thinking of using a hinged extension over the tailgate that I can flip out to provide length. Maybe I can use your idea with mine and instead of hinging, do the cut you did but have legs attached to the extension so as I will still have access to the drawers. I've already planned to use the tonneau cover. Thanks for sharing!

Camping at the Eagle yurt there has become an annual event for my friends and family. It's a blast!

Very cool! I did not know this was available with a wood stove in winter. Thanks for sharing.

Don't forget filters for your Aero Press. I use one and they are nice. I would suggest practice using it a few times before you go.

What’s the approximate weight of a load up like this?

Did you mount the Kodak brackets directly to your tonneau runners (rail/Velcro). I've got similar tonneau cover and was wondering if I needed to remove the tonneau rails before install Kodak hadware

I went down to harbor freight tools and bought 5 " deep c clamps. This allowed me to reach the truck rails without having to remove anything from the tonneau cover.

I have not seen that brand of pouch chicken before. What kind is it? Where do you get it? I have had Tyson's and not really a fan so I shy away from it.

Great video! I just received my Kodiak yesterday, and I like your idea of a tonneau cover. Can I ask which brand you went with? Hope to see more video's of your adventures. Thanks!

Great wildlife pics! Love the loon calls at dusk and we've heard the wolves howling in the BWCA too. Pretty eerie, but fun at the same time.

You really have an eye for a good photo. My favorite is the reflection of the tent in that beautiful water.

Reminded me how good a steak tastes in the first night up there. Good idea to bring it in frozen! I will give that a try. To spruce up the pancakes try bringing wild rice and foraging wild blue berries. The wild rice goes great with fresh fish and, if you make extra in the evening, you can use it to make up some hearty wild rice and wild blueberry pancakes the next morning.

Hungry Jack just add water. The kind that doesn't need eggs.
