    I know it's not same but I once tried bibimbap in a Korean food restaurant and I loved ittt And when I saw this recipe, since i loved bibimbap I definitely wanted to try this too for brunch (I substituted celery leaves with green onion though, bc I didn't have green onion at home and i love celery. And I sprinkled red pepper on top.) but rest is the same. result= I love it🤤👌🏻

      Curry powder available every where in THE Asian market and , a additional touch of five spices powder. There you have it .the secret is out now😇😀

    Tip: leave the skin on one side, marinate, sear on the skin side until it's crispy and ~80/90% cooked, then put the chicken in the broth and continue how it's shown in the video Makes the chicken nice and crispy I also add spring onions, fits perfectly in my opinion

    This definitely takes more than 15 min lol. More like an hour and a half for me (cutting all the ingridients, mixing, frying onions, marinating, etc...)

      The closest substitute to shaoxing wine is sherry wine. But I really recommend getting actual shaoxing wine, it's such a staple to make delicious and authentic Chinese food.

    Unripe green mango will make it even better if you can find it. They’re available in Burmese, Lao and Thai grocery stores this time of year but they sell out very fast

    How many eggs did you do and for the carrots do you have to boil them? Or do they get soft as they cook?
