Use it in hd mod with color content.You are using ut in fast or a2 mod.

With ebook you just configure it to show you the content the way that you don't have to zoom and scroll - to fit the whole page into screen or to show you half-page and then go to the second half immediately by clicking without the smooth movement. Essentially this is the same for all Kaleido 3 color screens, regardless of the manufacturer: washed-out color and poor contrast requiring a backlight. As for ghosting, it can mitigated by super refresh but at the cost of draining the battery very quickly.

Why would anyone buy another Sonos product at this day and age? They are outdated and terrible. Completely closed off environment. In fact, I will even go far as to say, I am surprised they are still in business. Too much sizzle, no steak. Very little value for your buck, both in terms of hardware and their app. Stay away.

I have one and like it quite a lot. There are use cases that a BW einkt screen would be better since it's lighter and the battery will last longer. Nevertheless despite the fact that the colors are washed out (and you only have 4000 colors), it's still a very nice ereader for reading and note taking. Don't compare it with an OLED or LCD screen, these are much better in respect to colors and resolution but less easier on the eyes. It are really different use-cases.

It depends on your use case whether or not the Boox Note Air3 Cis suitable. I have one and love it. I only need colour to highlight books and make colour notes, for which it is excellent. The colour also helps with app icons as well.

I think you went in with the wrong expectation if you were expecting an e-ink device to be comparable to an iPad for color reproduction.

Seems Amazon fixed this as I can rotate my PDFs to landscape in the original layout on my Scribe. You can also change contrast now which is really handy.

Thank you! I see that when I do this the PDF sends as an adobe and I can read it and its beautifully converted but I can not write on it. The pdf I am sending is a school document with fillable blanks for studying, when I send Amazon emails me and says that it could not be converted to latest Kindle format...so it allows me to read but not write on the pdf which is what I want to do to fill in the blanks. The email suggests to remove elements from the document which are not compatible. How can I do this and will it maintain the integrity of what I am trying to achieve here which is write in the blanks on my pdf for studying purposes? Thanks so much.
