Listening to you is frustrating because you dither , I am not confident in you
I always incorporate these techniques along with adjusting
Thank you for the in depth video! ❤
Would have liked to have seen post checking of patient supine and internal rotation of legs, see if left one loosened. Sometimes that is a tight ilio-femoral ligament.
It won't be a ligament they are meant to be tight unless you have ehlos danlos
My CST is just the best. I can meditate very easily and she uses that to bring me into better nerve alignment. She said she actually loses me from time to time.
He def has alopecia
I have an appointment next month and I sure hope this happens to me.. My neck has been really sore so I could use some attention there as well..
How was treatment??
@@murrayg6843 I haven't had Osteopathic Treatment yet but I loved when Chiropractors did that to my neck..
I think the therapist position is false and need modulation because it in long term causes injury in lumber spine
I am thinking of going for a treatment but I thought there would be more manipulation as I've got arthritis in a lot of my body .
MOT here, this is in my opinion the best treatment to reduce inflammation from arthritis! We heal most in a relaxed state, even if its a short time it can have profound effects.

これは残念、オステオパシーではなくて、単なるマッサージ整体になっています。 肘を使うとか信じられないですね。最近のオステオパシー大学ではこれもありなんでしょうね。
When I did this technique in school I sent the girl into a motional release and it was quite so this is technique do something in my eyes
Thank You Karola, your work is exemplary and much appreciated.
Glorious unintentional asmr! A wonderful video.
Is he Paco Sanz?
Assessment must be carried out with the patient in underwear.. unless you have xray super power
You’re a pervert.

The technique of cranial sacral emotive RELEASE,, saved my life and stood me back up straight. I was a pretzel for 17 years.. went to PT to learn for a wheelchair, and they said they were going to straighten me out instead and retrain e ety muscle in my body with PT also, and deep tissue massage( to break upu us in my tissues and hundreds of Traps.. Fouronths it hurt less to do the therapy, 8 months I stood straight for the first time In 17 years.. 15 years later,, still no wheelchair. I'm getting ready to do it again Fter a fall over forklift blades that severely sprained my ankles and tore ligaments, COVID prevented treatment immediately, so I developed in a week, bunions bilaterally for which they tell me only surgery can fix.. I'll do CSER first and guarantee I'll won't cut my feet open.. I'm pushing 60. I dance my life away.. it's my PT when not in PT.. cardio, endurance training, ECT.. less and less can I tolerate what I love so much and couldn't do for 17 years,, and started again with CSER therapy.. I'm ready to go again for another 17 years of freedom In... Movement
Wonderful to hear 😊
Eres doctor ?
It’s not a articular met , just ur passively assisted movement, where is MET - PIR 0r RI.
With due respect my constructive comments are as follows: 1. No brerathing technique involved at all. Breathing is one of the essentials of the Pilates method. I teach insructors "No breath - No Core" as the breathing should be done loudly with full exhalation to connect the transversus 2. "putting your hands on to make sure he's using the correct muscles" - it would be better to place the fingers on the medial border of each scapular and feel them closing your finders towards the spinal column, while drawing the inferior aspect of the scapulat down towards the sacrum, thus negating shoulder elevation. 3. "Relax the shoulders" - How? They are working! They need to work. See 2. above 4. Phillip is constantly looking down. This can lead to increased upper trap engagement. He should be looking straight ahead. 5. There needs to be continual reminder of the core to stabilise the body, especially at the extremity if the movements. 6. This exercise is notorious for upper trap strain. It would be better if, when drawing the 'elbows' back (not the hands) that the hands are rotate to a palms up position and coming back in line with the lower rib level. This would engage the lower traps and lower romboids - the weaker parts of these muscles, while keeping the elbows down. I refer to this as the Reverse Karate Punch movement. 7. The eccentric contraction of the rhomboids should be emphasised to keep these muscles engaged so the is no 'relax' when the arms are in the forward position The instruction lacks specificity. I hope all the instruction is not the same as this. Please contact me at pilatesmethod@yahoo.com if you would like to discuss further.

I find these manipulations very accurate and professional, nothing like some US charlatans who press, hit, stretch, crack the spine and neck.
Silvano - that's Chiropractic treatment. It's a different approach. Osteopaths and Chiropractors are not the same thing. They each have their own approaches to treating the body.
@@robtyman4281 Okay, but I find in any case excessive the pressure and the twists that various chiropractors - I have only noticed this with US chiropractors - exert on patients. They are not without consequences, sometimes even serious ones.
@O K Dear and anonymous insulter (why don't you show your identity, what are you afraid of?), If I have written what I have written it is because I have informed myself. The medical-scientific literature, for example, shows that neck cracking can lead to serious consequences such as stroke. I know a couple of people who have had a stroke after a neck cracking done by a professional.
@O K Ha ha ha Oh my God! I find myself in front of Richard the Lionheart ... But who cares about your address, your supposed doctor's license. Have the dignity to put your name and surname and not to hide behind a ridiculous nickname. Simply, if you go to Wikipedia then you will find links to all the literature that talks about these medical practices and also their possible side effects.
It’s sad to see how basic this is… where is the visceral, the cranial, the ligamental assessments? Where is the specificity?
I thought myofascial had holds? To break up adhesions and loosen the fascia.
There are different kinds of MR… John Barnes has patented the term to mean his approach however any technique which releases the muscles and fascia could possibly be described as myofascial release? I think here it is being used as a way to say that it’s not a high velocity joint adjustment that is being shown but rather soft tissue techniques… just my 2 cents! 😂
Thank you 👍
