I recommend you exercises like squats and hip thrusts, exercises that only focus on glutes are ideal for your goal. But genetics also make a huge difference. I have genetically more fat on my lower body part, which I’ve struggled a lot even though most women want a bigger butt😮💨

@@arpitasdairy288 that’s the best you can do and in addition to that you have to eat enough to grow ;) Remember motivation doesn’t always work when it comes to fitness goals, dedication and discipline are your friends!
My favourite breakfast, which I usually only have on holiday is fruit, like watermelon, melon and pineapple, cereal with milk, then rye bread with butter and a cheese slice, then maybe a Spanish coffee, and a banana for later. Sometimes orange juice too. If there is no cheese then peanut butter or choc spread or soft cheese is fine.

I've read a little about it, and it seems like some kind of fasting, right? But the fasting I know is not eating at all. If you can answer, I would be very happy. Also, the recipes look amazing, and I'm definitely going to try them. Thank you so much, by the way.
Hi bestie, so actually I'm glad you asked. So basically Ramadan is one of the sacred times for Muslims. You are right we don't eat and drink throughout the day, but from sunrise until sunset. People tend to focus only on the dieting part but Ramadan is more than that. It's the time where we have the opportunity to improve ourselves in a good way, get rid of bad habits, being kind to others, giving to those in need, work on our discipline, patience and self control and build mental and physical strength. But the most important is to get closer to our faith and implement these all habits that we've regained in Ramadan throughout the whole year, cause we humans tend to forget to be grateful and thank god for everything he gave us. We are complaining that we don't own certain things and can't reach our goals. Ramadan is an eyeopener for what we are actually capable of and what truly matters in life. 💕
your english is very good actually. Don't put yourself down. The more you practise, the more comfortable it will be. Same with recovery! Be proud that you are trying, instead of ashamed of what you find difficult. Then you will learn faster. 💕
