Serious Sam 4 - Full Game - Serious Difficulty | No Deaths, No Saves
And we're back ! Been a while now, so let's jump right into things with beating the entire Serious Sam 4 game !
I remember I was waiting a while for the game to be fully out because I heard and saw a lot of bugs and issues, but sadly these are still present in the game :/ In quite a few times you can notice stutters and texture issues. Not unplayable but not the most pleasant.
I tried getting all side quests and all the secrets I could see or knew were there. Didn't bother too much with the secrets so the flow of the game was not too broken and I didn't want to rely on the powerups too much.
Shame there isn't a Mental mode, but maybe that would've been too much in the state this game is in ? However there is an enemy multiplier ... that could be interesting. (And completely pointless xD)
All in all - a fun game. Wish it were more similar to Serious Sam 3 but it is what it is.

Well ... *that* didn't take long. The OG Ghostrunners are not messing around. We get to the level from the demo but now we can explore further - into the city outside. I gotta say - the bike is kind of hard to manouver but we'll be fine. I did find it hard to tell where I should be going on the roads. Anyways, can't wait to move forward with the story !

Ghostrunner 2 goes hard as expected ! October 26th can't come soon enough. The game looks and runs so good and so close to the first game which is such a dream - I was so worried when I heard they were making a sequel. ( that bike section, especially in the tunnels was so hard to stay on track xD didn't want to die but ... whatever :D )

Final episode - here we go ! Shame it's over so quickly. Although, I might give Quake II 64 a try, who knows. Given I never really played Quake 1 or 2 back in he day, I really enjoyed this playthrough !

Next mission on the list is up ! Little shorter than the rest but still enjoyable ! I never want to waste my powerups so I end up not using them until I run up into more of them ... kind of making them pointless xD

Hitting the caves runnin' ... maybe too quickly, too deeply. Don't think I could've gotten away without the first 2 deaths ... ( the last one was silly and a lil' unnecessary ) We did get a scorpion in the deep dive this time, I wasn't sure if they'd pop up here. So many aliens though, damn !

What in the Gravity Falls did I wake up to ? Voidtrain seems kinda cool, major Raft vibes that I kind of want to go play again. It does seem a bit rough around the edges but the visuals are nice. Not entirely sure if this will be a worthwile game to sink some time into.

It's a bit frustrating watching you suck so bad at this game. Strafe and fire buddy, strafe and fire.
There is something about the movement, spacing and orientation in this game that makes it nauseating to watch.
I played through the remastered version and have to say: Quake 2 is significantly overrated. It's not a really good game. The hit feedback is a disaster, the level design is often annoying and the final boss is a joke. Quake 1 is much much better

The SSG sometimes taking TWO blasts to kill a cannon fodder grunt in a old school FPS is a fucking disgrace. This game is dogshit.

Its not remastered people are using modern gfx cards thats all nothing but higher res and aa and anistropy
@@mattias969 actually everything is better...it's 4K, ALL models and animations are better as well as enhanced lighting, shadows, cinematics depth of field, the AI is better, there's an actual color palette now vs everything being orange and brown before, it is easier to connect online to friends and you have all the expansions + a new COTM campaign that is actually better than the original. Plus the expansions are all modified (they nerfed absurdly hard enemies and added ammo drops everywhere) so that they are actually playable/enjoyable. There are also two mouse wheels that separate your guns and inventory. Totally worth 10$ and if u already have game it is free :)
