Im American and my grandfather died on the Sands of South Korea defending thier rights to freedom. Im a grown man and my wife is Filipina. My children are Fil-Americans. We live in Zamboanga City and I love all my Fil family and friends. I would lay down my life to protect and defend these good people. God bless tou Filipinos.

You may call the Philippines a third world country or poor country but they really are the riches among any other well developed countries nowadays. The Philippine never closed its doors to anyone who needs help even though they don't have enough money yet they will always find some ways.

P.S. thanks to those great white Russians teachers in art ( music, ballet dancing, drawing / painting ) who had taught our grandparents with their world masters talent to those subjects leaving a legacy and importance to this Phil. Island. Lastly if not, to the Russian Christian Priest that enable the journey successful from beginning to end, because of the Divine Spirit that Sainthood priest possessed. May his spirit live therein and all the decendants of migrating refugees; and be canonized as saints of all kinds of refugees. Amen. ❤

In the late 60's I went to Lake Taal. What i remember was a small amount of smoke coming from the valcano and the water was hot. Also the lake was filled with growing weeds. The area was gorgeous.

There must be a way to somehow, reconstruct, rebuild the structures on the island, and maintain them, not just for tourism, but also to instill a certain pride and patriotism for future generations, just like the Alamo in Texas, which, if you just read about it or see pictures, well. Once you visit the place, as I have, there is a certain feeling or energy in that place.
