Dude, the place above that store has a washer & dryer. In my game, those are a luxury. 13 houses to find a washer. Haven't found a dryer yet.

There is another survivor house on the northern of 3 roads, you will find the centennial house - a pensioner's home with medical aid. To the west of that are 3 houses with a large parking yard, one of which is barricaded. (Trying to translate American to English :) )

Looting houses for food is good. You will want a cooker (stove) for better quality/higher hunger values and perks. One trick I've heard of is to leave the house entry light on to indicate you've looted it already. Break down metal chairs and tables for loads of scrap. Raw limestone will be needed for cement paste which will be needed for reinforced brackets in heavy construction. Soil bags for farming later, but very heavy and hard to transfer if you get a lot. If you get the flat lorry you can move a bed from a house to the base for better rest. Might be able to sleep on a couch if one is there. You may have missed a rifle or shotgun in the house above the bar and grill, there was a weapon case atop a wardrobe in the computer office.

I think I may know why you are having a hard time finding shotguns and rifles. You overlooked a gun case sitting on top of a storage in a room in the house on the hill that you liked the view of your base from. You also overlocked some lockpicks as well.

I reckon "Basic Stapler" means an item with that particular name. The stapler on you is an office stapler for documents or gelatin desserts for coworkers.

2 soil bags and your inventory is close to full with that gym bag.

Just build vestibules around each entrance to the outdoorsman shop instead of the entire perimeter...

An "Adventure" backpack is bigger with 35 slots. You always have a torch equipped. Use "T", it also turns on headlights when in vehicles. You can modify your weapons to have a torch attached for night fighting. "H" is horn for your vehicle, and makes you whistle to attract zeeks if you are on foot. You don't need your water gauge full in your farming plots. I use two bottles when I plant, then leave it and let the rain water it. If you haven't had rain for a while, you could top it up then. Eat a few carrots and potatoes and tomatoes raw when you harvest them to get more seeds.

Cant figure out how to load the pistols, have several and lots of full mags but cannot make the come together.

The archery store has a gun case that you missed behind the counter with shotgun or rifle inside

WARNING!!! Just discovered. Do Not drop things into a pickup, load them as you would a trunk. AND Do Not discard items from inventory when standing near an open bed truck. They act as an anchor and you'll be wondering WTF???

First video I've seen with the Morgue. Just as a note I'll translate as It seems you are over the pond from me) The Lorry without a boot is excellent to move workbenches or any furnishings that are large and cumbersome. Just drag and place them on the back. I also noticed when you were inside the box truck, as you scanned the floor it said "Open" so there is storage, you have to enter the back to access it. I agree that an industrial building would make the best base, if you can find one with both a WC and Kitchen.

This game has quickly become one of my favorites. Hopefully with all of the exposure and popularity on CZcams they will get noticed and receive some assistance with development and funding. I can't wait to see where this game is at a year from now!
