Most likely mold. Similar to spider mites which is a white powder on the plant. Using a spray with soap/water will remove it. Depending on how bad you may need to do it twice. Leaves will burn if you do it while sun is out so cloudy day or in the evening is best

Good money can also be made with these solid houses, but these houses also withstand a storm and the roofs made of clay tiles last between 70 and 100 years. @@mr.schwarz1676 I just googled 16in and had no problems finding them. Even walmart & amazon had them in stock. So I'm sure tire stores will have no problem getting them

Thnx yea you don't need to add permeable unless your using it for a house with insulation behind it. You can also seal the path wich helps keep water off and will last longer.
