Else, I would view my wrestling career as a loss. I believe through loss, I have gained understanding and how to be a better coach. That is our great commission in my home. Winning doesn't define us, only faith in Christ can. We can't all be like JB, beating most of our competition for years. Even JB has struggled at times. So if winning is all we strive for, and we fall short: then what? We can be devastated. In Christ, I am on the winning side!!

Great drill. I have similar one we call the Rodeo ride. The only difference is the top guy locks his legs in the back and the bottom guy does roll after roll. We stress using the hips. It teaches hip movement (bottom) and hip control (top).
