RERA me ye toh kahi ni likha 95% paisa lene ke 2-3 year baad customer ko ghar handover karo. Kyu customer ko possession ki clarity ni hai. Kyu customer se one year phle 95% paisa liya Gaya . Iska jawab aap de sakte hai. Project is good but there team is not good also they are not supportive no clearly on your money and you just need to give ur all money to them when ur asking for possession date they will give u date of next 25 days.

Dont even buy flats at Mantra for free. I purchased a 2BHK flat at a Mantra property and took possession in April 2023. My experience has been far from satisfactory. The builder has failed to deliver on many of their promises, leaving me disappointed and frustrated. - Parking Allocation: Despite taking possession months ago, I still haven't been allocated a parking lot. My tenant is forced to park their vehicle in an open space where rats frequently cause damage. This is highly inconvenient and a significant oversight by the builder. - Quality of Work: The tile work, door fittings, and overall finishing of the flat are substandard, nowhere near what you'd expect from a professional builder. - STP Issues: The Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) installed is faulty, which has caused multiple problems. - Parking Fraud: Only 20% of parking spaces have been planned against the total number of flats. This feels fraudulent and has created significant inconvenience for residents. - Solar Water Heating: The solar water heating system doesn’t work consistently, and the vendors are unable to fix it properly. - Gym Maintenance: The gym is in terrible shape, with most equipment either broken or not working. It’s clear that there is no proper maintenance. I’ve ended up renting out my flat and living elsewhere because of these issues. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such poor quality and service after making such a significant investment. I would caution anyone considering this builder to thoroughly research and visit the property multiple times before making a decision.
