Wanted to suggest that your 21-12 setup (traditional 2-2) is also the 1-4-1 the moment the 4 perimeter players rotate as a group 45 degrees in either direction. Might be worth adding to your instruction bag of tricks. Awesome work on all your vids

Love your videos. If you were running this as a 6v6, what would the wing A do during the first dodge down the alley where A1 cuts up to the left GLE? Would the A at that GLE rotate across the goal or would he float up and left, mirroring the dodger?

Hey this is my second year of playing men’s lacrosse and playing goalie my first season my shins got hit a lot so I got shin pads but they were strapless and they would fall off in the heat and rain so I was wondering if soccer shin guards would work where I could just either use straps or hide them in socks how do you think that would work and if you had any suggestions I’d like to here them
