10 years later this video still works thank you so much. For easy sync just pause when the first note began then play again at the same time you hit the first note in game.

This game doesn't look fun like how DDDA was. Its simply too easy tbh, I see too many videos of just monsters getting killed in 30sec, and in DDDA it took so much more skill and time to achieve that. I hope they REALLY update it

Well I did it! It took me about 6 hours. This game sure is special, huh? I'm sure none of us will ever forget it.

I did it!, Took me almost 3 hours with this guide. I kept messing up the 6 quick beats, pause, 1 beat at 6:20 . It only took one moment to get it right. Funny how just after that part it starts to slow down lol. I have not felt an immense relief from a boss in a video game in so long. Even though I used this guide, I don't care, the whole experience was great. Thank you!

I heard this plays in mh world dmc collab event quest or whatever but the music exists even b4 mhw. so when did this play in the much older monster hunter game? is it frontier? cuz iirc theres a dmc collab with frontier or was it mh4?

To sync up the video I suggest pausing the video on the frame when the flower is red, then on the game as soon as the first ring comes press play on the video right as you hit the button to destroy the ring. I've had to do it a bunch of times because I suck so bad so I got pretty good at it. P.S. Thanks alot for uploading this. Even with the guide it still took me countless tries, but I finally got it done. I must of died to one of the sets of 8 towards the end 100 times atleast lol.

Thank you for posting this. After 4 days of tries I've finally done it. No regrets. (~10 hrs with breaks) For anyone struggling with final part of the song: There are 4 hard timed segments. 8 notes [visible] + 8 notes [visible] + 6 [Pause] 1 notes [invisible] + 8 notes [invisible]; First two segments are visible. So switch eyes to the game to practice timing. This is very important because last note in first segment is actually a bit offset and requires precise timing. For the invisible segments 6 [Pause] 1 -> 8 -- hard look at the flower glow at the guide. Like stick your face to the screen close and pay attention to the red. I was using mobile phone + a stand and just moved forward really close. Timing is really precise here as well. Don't pause after 6 notes for too long otherwise you'll fail. For this to work you need to have good sync with the video. Like notes from 0 -> 5 full sync no issues. Alternating between two buttons did not worked for me. Timing is too precise and I've kept messing up constantly. So sticking to one button did the trick for me. Once you're done with 4 segments - its easy mode from there onwards. Just breathe and do not rush any notes. Also for emulated version, switch RPCS3 to 60 FPS instead of 120. For some reason its easier to sync than 120 or 30 FPS. (this is subjective) This is one of the hardest bosses I've ever done in my 25 years of gaming legit. Good luck and don't give up. I wish there was a remake which do not require insane amount of skill. Because scenery and the song is beautiful. Just adding scrolling notes at the bottom would've made it ^10 more enjoyable w/o the need to sync to the video on the separate device.

Oh man im struggling more then i was trying to sync it. I was able to just about beat 3 without it for the last hour of trying to sync it. seems perfect cant even tell 2 songs are playing. Yet i cant get past the first part now xD how does cheating make me worse fk i suck

Syncing the video isn't hard, the only hard part is 6:22 with the delayed note, 10 hours deep and I still can't get past that part. What a piece of dog shit "final boss"
