DAY 17 of 28
Rested and packed on Day 16. Took the Shinkansen for 14 minutes from Kyoto to OSAKA on Day 17. It was super cold, my brain was freezing. Visited Osaka Castle and ate the best takoyaki in my life.

DAY 15 of 28. Visited many places feeling fulfilled but also so done with walking on gravel paths (I got a day-off the next day lol). It's a shame that Kyoto Imperial Palace was closed for the year, but it was still nice to walk around it. For me, the highlight is still Kinkakuji (and maybe the taxi too)! I'm experimenting with the colour edits in this vlog that I just learnt :D Thanks for watc...

Day 14 of 28 in Japan. Kyoto is my favourite city, we had so much fun and so much nice food. Byodo-in Omodesando is one of the places I was most excited to visit and I brought back enough matcha powder to last until now. I would say all the foods in Uji were spot on except for my soba lol. Seeing the deer in Nara was great (they looked cold though 🥲), but the highlight in Nara must be Todai-ji!...

Day 13 of 28. A lot of walking that day, so tired I almost fell asleep on the bus at night. But I was so happy to finally visit Kiyomizu dera, I love the traditional shops outside it (although it was super crowded TwT). Day 12 of 28. It is a public holiday here in Western Australia, so I have time to finish this long-overdue vlog and finally upload it. We visited two shrines on Christmas day. DAY 10 of 28. FINALLY GHIBLI PARK! Super excited. It was mind-blowing and also crowded (I realised I say this all the time, it's my problem I know). After day 1, I never remember to document my purchase of the day anymore, but I got a few goodies from Ghibli Grand Warehouse, but it's never enough. Destination: 📍Ghibli Park.

Day 8 out of 28. I stayed in hotel on day 7 to recover from our Disneyland day 🤣👵. So, day 8 is a chill day when we just visited Tokyo Tower, temples, and shrines. @sharynem8732 Hii! If you look around for the sign "御朱印" at a counter, that will be it. There're usually easy to spot and will have multiple signs that lead you to it. It's a bit challenging at Kiyomizu-dera as it was very crowded and you need to walk through the temple to a little shed outside. Hope this helps 😀

Hi! They were in the holiday mood already, it was crowded and very busy despite the cold weather. If you're going, I recommend getting the premier access if you can. I spent most of my time queueing for foods, rides etc. Hope it helps 🙂
