He is a very conceited boy…also…why was the mother serving William …putting the food he wanted on his plate. I was shocked to hear he was 14…his parents treated him like he was a little boy.

The fact that they have a smaller caloric requirement in tandem with endless hunger is just horribly sad. The deck is just so stacked against them.

A truly heartbreaking condition. When I was in college studying theatre, there was a guy with both narcolepsy and Prader-Willi who desperately wanted to be an actor some day. We were doing a performance one night and he missed his only entrance for his one scene, but we had to just keep going. None of us could find him anywhere. After the show, we kept looking. Finally, we found him, passed out in a bathroom stall. Someone had left a package of red licorice out in our dressing room. The poor guy saw it, snatched it, and locked himself in the bathroom to eat the entire package before falling asleep. He couldn't help himself.
