Anna, thank you ever so much for your hard work and for showcasing so many talented instructors. I was able to lose 30 lbs with PopSugar workouts (well, nearly 40lb, but then I put 10lb back on haha!). I'm now using them to try and get that last stubborn 10lb off, but the hard work of yourself and others has really changed my life for the better. You will flourish wherever you go :)

You're the first person that brought motivation, great humor, and the energy I needed to keep going and keeping up with the commitment. Popsugar is not the same without you 😓 I used to love every other video. And now I can't find a single one😭All of them are short and exercises are very much basic. I tried one, lost under just 100 calories 😓and it felt like a physiotherapy session not a workout. It's like you lift your leg and get 20 seconds of rest. Those videos will not change anybody. And yours certanly did. Im so glad i met PS long before you left❤

I only do Anna's workout, hers are the best!
