What doll is this, as they have so many it is so confusing

Where did you get those stands?? I like how small the bottom part is. I have some clear plastic stands from ali express but the bottom is way too big and takes too much space on the shelf.

the color scheme in the Monster Fest hair and makeup is way superior, but I don’t like that it’s way over the top. The outfit in the Core Refresh is better, in my opinion, but it’s not really my cup of tea.
