Hi, what time of the day did you go in the Safari Park? It seems that all the animals are out which is nice. We've been there before but haven't seen them like that, just only ver few and not that close view. But we are planning to go back this May.

Sixty years ago I stayed in the youth hostel in Engelberg for a month. My school friends and I used it as a base to travel round the Berner Oberland. What a stunningly beautiful place. As a boy then from the East End of Glasgow in Scotland, I thought I was in Paradise. I have been back to Switzerland several times since. I live in Scotland still, but my heart is in Switzerland. Bis bald! 🙏

Ich habe dort eine Zeit lang selbst gelebt. Wie man diesen Ort "Beautiful" und Famous nennen kann, verstehe ich nicht. Es war der fürchterlichste Ort überhaupt. Ständig nur in den Wolken, viele 80er Jahr Bauten, kein Charme - Engelberg nie wieder!
