    You just ruined that tip. It's not a brisket, don't treat it like one. 225° for about 1.5 hours. Pull at 125° and reverse sear it. Serve at 130/135°. PERFECT

    Great video. I've always used the 3-2-1 method. My wife said the last ones weren't juicy enough. Now this recipe looks like they are juicy. Will give this recipe a try. Keep smoking!

    Why does the hopper need to be removed when it looks like you can get to everything from the underside of the hopper anyway. Don't want to risk tearing the gasket if I don't REALLY need to remove the hopper.

      Recipe: 🐷 Score fat cap on pork butt and marinade overnight in pineapple juice 🐷 Remove from liquid and allow to fry them rub 🐷 Set smoker to 225 and smoke over Apple pellets until it hits 205 - spritz every 2 hours if you want This took about 19 hours 🐷 Rest for 2 hours and pull Pineapple Jalapeño slaw: 1 bag of premixed coleslaw mix 1C pineapple juice 1/2C Green Onions 1C mayo 1 TBSP White vinegar 1 Tsp black pepper 1/2 Tsp salt 1 jalapeño diced Mix all together and cover in fridge This is made by the author, 'cookingintheyard,' on Instagram.

    Yeah worst grill ever don't spend money on the small grill. I bought one. 2 grills later it caught on fire burt the whole grill.. tip grill you have to move to do anything in the bottom grill. My grill caught on fire after 3 grills flames 5 feet tall. This grill is horrible and save your money. 3:35 3:36 3:37 3:37 3:38 3:38

    Not enough fat to render down to do low and slow. I crank the heat up and flip every 2 min to get a good crust on each side and pull it before 150, wrap in foil and leave it in the oven for about 10-15 min, use the drippings to make a red wine demi with shallots and mushrooms

    Ive never ate a turkey that tasted like "aromatics" such as cellery ,onion ect ect. ....nope. the flavor does NOT get into the meat. . No point in aromatics. Never had a bird taste like celery ect lmao. Pointless. I think its all about the dry brine. Then oil it with some high smoke point oil ,then cook it. Lol. I use orvils butter oil and poultry seasoning on the skin. Thats it .

    So my z grill will get hot, around whatever temp I need, it will be fine for 5 minutes than it just falls down to 180f or lower? I can hear the blower and the auger? Any ideas
