The eight branches in a Menorah represent the diversity among the Jewish people, yet, at their source they are all one, just as the eight branches stem from one central branch. This reminds us that we each share a central purpose to bring light and G-dliness into the world with the ultimate goal of ushering in the era of Moshiach. In a similar vein, there will be eight presenters, each bringing...

With all the sickening anti-Jewish vilification and threats against British Jews, it is heartening to see what you did back then and how you now strengthen the community. Kol Kavod from the U.S.
Hello, how are you? I am from Libya, Tripoli. Can I, with longing, or to join you, and thank you

Have Hebrew ancestry I'm american Irish Scottish Hebrew decent I started wearing a kippa and watching services and trying to follow Jewish holidays and learn tradition I work s lot in my security job so I followed what I can unfortunately I work on Saturdays and have not attended a temple yet .What do you think of still wearing a kippa however .I find I get looks or treated differently wearing a kippa also is this normal for most kippa wearing Jews who have wore one to honor god most of there life .Haven't had a bad exp in public but I also find it helps me be more cautious of how I betray my self in public and be more patient and extra humble in public too is a nice reminder .

Nice talk. Although as a good yekki, I must pass on the dairy! ;-)
Rabbi, I have been a baal teshuva for a few years now, and came close through Chabad. Even as a baby I got a dollar and blessing from the Rebbe. I know he was the righteous man of our time, but what has recently turned me off from Chabad is the People who beleive the Rebbe is Moshiach. They sing Yechi Hamelech, and I feel very uncomfortable around these people. Can you explain what Yechi is all about, and what basis do they have to say this? Thank You, Mattisyahu
Is your camera on autofocus? It's real distracting. Great videos though :)
Deuteronomy 29:4 "Yet to this day the LORD has not given you a heart to know, nor eyes to see, nor ears to hear." Isaiah 29:13"Then the Lord said,"Because this people draw near with their wordsAnd honor Me with their lip service,But they remove their hearts far from Me,And their reverence for Me consists of tradition learned by rote,
good job this is real time mivtzoim.. other shluchim should fallow. see if you can get a mic it would make it allot clear and it's inexpensive
So just like the Jews have irrigated the desert of Israel since its recognition as a state, and made it into a beautiful country, would you say each jew is/can be doing the same thing on a spiritual level, wherever they are?
