Growing Up Families in Christ
Messianic Rabbi talks about Israel, Palestine, and Ukraine
From NYC, Rabbi David has served as a Rabbi in Ukraine for 12 years and 6 in the heart of Paris. Closely tied with the events concerning Israel and Ukraine we get his feedback on what's going on globally and nationally.
In this conversation, they discuss the rising antisemitism on university campuses and draw disturbing parallels to historical events such as Nazi Germany. Betsy, unaware of current events, listens as Rabbi David, a Messianic Jewish Rabbi, describes how hostility towards Israel is manifesting in chants and actions that call for the destruction of Jews and Israel, violating university rules and constitutional rights without proper law enforcement intervention. They argue that many young people lack historical knowledge, leading to ignorance about the severity of these issues. The conversation criticizes universities for failing to protect Jewish students due to pressure from leftist groups and financial concerns, reflecting broader societal and governmental failures in upholding justice. This leads to a call for proactive civic engagement, including writing letters and attending meetings, to demand accountability and support for Jewish communities. They reference historical figures like Dietrich Bonhoeffer to emphasize the need for moral courage and awareness in combating modern-day antisemitism.
This underscores the need to:
1. Recognize and Confront Antisemitism: Acknowledge the ongoing issue and take active measures to address and prevent antisemitic behavior.
2. Educate on History: Improve historical awareness among young people to help them understand and counteract contemporary forms of hatred and violence.
3. Uphold Justice: Ensure law enforcement and institutional accountability to protect the constitutional rights and safety of all students.
4. Engage in Civic Action: Encourage individuals to participate in addressing injustices through letters, meetings, and other forms of advocacy, showing that grassroots efforts can drive change.
5. Demand Institutional Responsibility: Hold universities accountable to maintain ethical standards and safeguard their students against discrimination and harassment.
By implementing these lessons, we can work towards a more just and informed society that learns from history and actively combats antisemitism.

Civilized world societies are getting extremely sick and tired of endless global Islamic terrorism; the despicable, deprave and savage acts of IS, ISIS, ISIL, IS-K, Al Qaeda, Taliban, Boko Haram, Muslim Brotherhood, Jaish e Muhammad, Lashkar e Taiba, Lashkar e Omar@LeO, Hizb ul Mujahideen, Hizb ul Tahrir, Hizb ul Ahrar, Abdullah Azam Brigade, Lashkar e Jhangvi, Lashkar e Jabbar, Harkat ul Ansar, Asbat al Ansar, Harkat ul Mujahideen, Jaish e Islam, Lashkar e Islami, Tehreek e Islami, Muslim Janbaz Force, Ikhwan ul Mujahideen, Sunni Tehreek, Harakat Sawa'd Misr, Ansarul Islam, Ahrar ul Hind, Al Badr, Jamiat ul Mujahideen, ISIS-DRC, ISIS Mozambique, ISIS in the Greater Sahara, ISIS West Africa, ISIS Libya, ISIS Sinai Province, ISIL Sinai Province, ISIS Bangladesh, ISIS Philippines, Al Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent AQIS, Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, Hamas, Abu Sayyaf, Jema'ah Islamiyah to name just a few that massacre in cold blood in the name of islamic allah, muhammad and islam. These are the true servants of satan cloak and garb as propagating divine messages, when they are in fact the Slaves of satan who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. What is even more sickening is that these deprave and savage terrorists continue to enjoy all round support from worldwide muslims of all walks of life. And the unspeakable, heinous crime perpetrated by these terrorist groups are either condoned, sanctioned or supported by authorithies in islamic countries. Nothing can be more deprave and diabolical than this. PERIOD OUR CIVILIZED WORLD MUST NOT BE DESTROYED BY ISLAM OR ISLAMIST BUT MUST BE DEFENDED AGAINST THESE DESTRUCTIVE FORCES ACTIVELY AT WORK

This man is sickening. Comparing students in library to babies bombed in a land with no medical service at all.
It’s no where near. The current fascist occupation is much more ruthless and brutal. 🆓 🇵🇸
LIAR
How do you explain the Jews chanting "from the river to the sea..."
This dude is OK with genocide of the Palestinians women and children American made 2000pb bombs carpet bombs purely evil Also don't forget starvation
This rabbi is living in his own cocoon, stop denying the Palestinians dispossession, .
i happen to be isreli /jewish'......THis is a 'Zioni@st so called rebbi'........a) not Understanding the main thing' b) living /working for the jews' blocked heart'..........we know' it's Isrel /Zionists Are the only problem' the zios want to Control @ have been controlling these poor palestini@ns for decades' using Nazi@ tactics even withot SHame' without Conscious'......................
What were they dispossessed of? What colonial occupation are they nostalgic for? The Turks or the Brits?
Seriously? How dangerous are you? Only an act of LIBERATION, not instruction, can overcome STUPIDITY: czcams.com/video/ww47bR86wSc/video.html
Just complete horseshit here
Wow, Zionist propaganda right off the bat. I'm glad he was identified so quickly in this way so I can stop listening immediately.
Ps. Is this the Israeli version of Leaver it to Beaver. so corny tis good.
There are thousands of jewish students that are part of the protests on the unuversity campuses spread around the USA, Europe, Canada and Australia. Against the genocide in Israels created concentration camp Gaza with massmurder, mass severe injuries and mass forced starvation on hundreds of thousands of human beeings in the concentration camp Gaza. The bombs on a the concentration camp are as equal as 3 Nagazaki nuclear bombs on a strip of land that is 45 km long and 6 km wide were 2.3 million civilans are trapped in the concentration camp. "Jewish voice for Peace" are a movement that are against the genocide and a new Holocaust created in Gaza by Israel. This Rabbi is just a full on genocidal Zionist and full of zionist etno nationalism. Very similar to the nazist etno nationalism. That is inspired by how effective the nazists were in exterminating a people.
If its about death to the jews (zionists to be precise) in 2024, could it be that a fundamental crime (the Nakba) was made in 1948?
The haye for Zionist calling Israel the worst state that ever existed saying the control the media and money and the US if this sounds familiar it is the same rehtoric used by the brown shirts in WW 2 if you don't see it you are blind
Yes except the Christians n Muslims r the victims of this holocaust
I have absolutely seen parallels
I don't think most of these college brats came into these protests with hatred of Jews. My big concern is thats what they're taking away from them though. They have every right to hate war and protest it. Where it crosses the line is the genocide blood libel claim. To accept it you also have to accept that Jewish mothers in a democracy with a conscript army would accept their sons lives being risked in Gaza for anything less than necessity.
This is why my queer ass supports Israel. I also support Palestinians which is why I want to see Gazans freed from domination and indoctrination of their children by Hamas.
The sad truth is that pressure from the west has over the past decades made Israels borders very hard to secure, appeasement when dealing with Islamists that are Jew and Christian hating killers is a fools game, sadly that has been proven to be the case time and time again.. Israel is a shining light in this world..and a trillion lies will not change that.. 🕎✝
They were funny when they were in Anniston. Now they're sanctimonious. He is one of the worst at mixing God and politics. I turned them off in 2004. I doubt he understands when you appeal to one you discourage another.
What makes him think his show will be better without bubba in it?
Yall quit promoting this fake guy
What did you hear that was fake?
Well at first they said the show is ending but now we know it’s continuing just without bubba. So disrespectful
They announced the Rick & Bubba show was ending. Why shouldn't Rick follow the Lord's leading at this time of his life. I hope his new broadcast will continue in a spiritual endeavor, a podcast or like. I can't wait!
Good stuff!
Pass the gravy please
Change is good embrace it
So do you believe the Bible is gods infallible word?
Just my take on the show get mad and reply if you want fanboys I don't care. I listened from the beginning, the show in the first few years was the funniest ever. Then it became so over religious sorry but to me its a turn off. I don't think Bubba was on board with the constant man church religious talk day in day out either. Btw Rick saying on a show that the man church doesn't make any money come on now nobody believes that bs. He is raking in the dough from that alone. He saw his buddy Dave Ramsey with the financial peace university baloney and came up with the man church curriculum. It's all about money just stop pretending its not. Political talk is the one thing i liked about the show. Now hes gonna do a show even more focused on religion? What's he gonna be the Ernest Angsley of morning radio. Sorry hard pass if that's the case.
Rick literally disowned his daughter on-air because she told him she was bi-sexual. He dragged her name through the mud for years and no longer allowed her near the family. So yeah. When that happened I quit listening to the show, as it divulged into even more religious grandstanding than before. It will only get worse now. What a shame that he willingly tore his own family apart because of religious brainwashing.
He likes to hear hisself yak WAY too much.. The show hasnt been funny in a LONG time.. Greg is the only good part of the show..
True, maybe if we didn't get a "hey buy the man church tickets before they sell out" on every break of the show maybe it would be a funnier show
It doesn’t make sense to me. They announce the end of the show. But now we see it’s changing to The Rick Burgess Show. Bubba has made it known he is not retiring. Since announcing this bubba has eluded to saying he hated ending it, and it’s not his idea to leave it just happened. So Rick is keeping Adler, his brother and speedy. For HIS radio show. Without Bubba what will the show be like? How can the content be different? I know they talk politics but for the last 4 years that’s the biggest topic. Rick said he wants to get back to a show like it used to be. Less politics and less religion and more fun. Well Bubba is the fun so something doesn’t make sense.
Great conversation
I have retired 3 times, still working 3 days a week. I agree, we all need a purpose!
Our country needs more spiritual well being than politics anyway. Politics is so repetitive and seemingly uni party so focusing on laughter, love , and happy works
Does anyone here that remembers the EXTRAVAGANZA???????
YES! 👍
Good luck Rick. I will definitely be listening!
I like the idea of having less political talk. I don’t mind some of it, but it feels like the Rick and Bubba Show these days is very heavy on politics. Constant politics is just discouraging to me.
preaching teaching a false gospel of works as this man is doing is practicing sin. Lordship Salvation is heresy.
Bible teacher that ain't scared, and actually reads the Bible😂 (As far as I can tell from one video)... Refreshing.
Long time listener. They each need one another! Wish they could take a risk and step out on a limb and do their own show on satellite or your tube and not worry about their current company who employs them. Please don’t separate!!!!!!!!!!!!! B
Looking forward to the new show! I will miss the old show for sure but really excited for the new season of life Rick is in.
Such a good man, so glad of the growth and leadership Rick has provided to so many of us that love Jesus but just never really knew what to do.
Love Rick and Bubba. Good to hear some of it is going to keep going. Congratulations to Bubba on retirement. From someone who’s worked since 15 years old I get it. I just hope it’s not because of his health. I hope he makes it easy for us to find him again after the Rick and Bubba show is over.
Bubba is not retiring. He was pushed out.
Yep! He didn’t want this! He’s said several times that he would go on for several more years.
I will unashamedly and without hesitation say that politics are NOT important. It is the least important thing on planet earth. If people would stop treating these ignorant, maniacal psychopaths like they’re important, they would lose the power they THINK they have.
Politics and hypocrisy killed the show. The daily name calling…”the left, the left”.. is not “Christian” at all 🙄
So you support Joe Biden?
@@tedbell4416 like I said “ politics” 😏
I won’t listen to the show when bubba’s on vacation or sick or whatever. The show is no longer funny when he’s off air. So I doubt I’ll be listening when he leaves
The best shows are the ones without Rick on them. It’s already the Rick Burgess show. It’s all about him, what he’s doing and promoting his lucrative Man Church. Bubba is the real comedy. Really hope he has his own show. People listen for the sports and politics and that’s what he wants to take out
100% at least one comment agrees with my take , right on
So when did you stop sinning Rick?
He doesn’t claim to have stopped sinning, Paul says we will continue to “stumble” meaning we sin but as Christians we shouldn’t practice sin, meaning to sin repeatedly and without remorse or repentance
@@rynemarkstrom2234Well said... My reply was going to have a little more teeth in it😂
What's your idea of repentance? The repentance John the Baptist and Jesus preached against the Pharisees was to turn away from self-righteousness, but here we are trying to apply it to immorality instead.
We never should argue
