If you want to learn about this subject, I recommend Richard Dolan instead - he's spent 30 years researching this and is far, far better infromed.

Graff gets so many things wrong and conflates so many things that you have to understand that he is either activly working to throw sand on the UAP fire, or just incredibly ignorant. Starting with an assertion that AARO is revealing truth to the public is ludicrous and been disproven over and over. But what would you expect from a talk at the Gerald Ford Museum.
