35:25 check out tailoring "cloack of fire" a easy farm and a very short cooldown (AoE dmg effect) - not "the best" item but for a good option for beginners

This guide is blatantly wrong in so many facts that its obsolete.

I'd put spirit higher, people underestimate how useful it is in a rotation with cast breaks and seal of wisdom up.

I know this is old but I’m trying a variation on this build for my hardcore run. I have a slightly different spec, does it not make sense to put a few points into improved SoR? 15% dmg is a lot . It also saves me the point into SoC on the ret tree. I think that’s my only difference. I know there’s 2 year debate on how SoC can crit vs SoR reliable flat boost and scales off spell power. And something to do w 3.50 speed weapon break point idk… Thoughts?

For HC maybe remove divine strength 5/5 and put it into spiritual focus. Otherwise it's solid for HC too, just the biggest downside is the 3% crit loss, however there's no way getting that without sort of gimping to hard your heal viability.

Always love theorycrafting in Vanilla. I personally have played around a bit and found a rather odd build in 33/0/18 which is obviously mainly a Holy build with a tiny bit of Ret in there and it really feels super solid.

any update on this build when it comes to soon to be released HC servers?

On tank pala always have a resto druid in your team for thorns, and go melee cleave setup with warrior rogue hunter/mage. Insane setuo with either and got cc in dungs or massive aoe. Max efficiency on bufs

Want to know the quickest way to level a Paladin in Classic? Don’t waste your time playing one. Literally the slowest and most boring class out of all them back then. Let’s not forget we all had to pay 15$ a month for WoW and it’s a total waste of cash to be bored to death

This guide is Garbage and total mislead, you are basically good at nothing running this spec, not even to mention at level 60. Ret isnt good anyway at 60 thats just pure mathematics, tanking you are not so good at single target tanking so even if you get a raid spot you will be tanking adds, to aoe tank you need sanctuary and holy shield they are the two most threat generation spells not concerncrate, at low levels you can just tab target and taunt with judgement of righteousness, having concerncrate is nice but you have no survivability talents at all. To tank adds you should judge wisdom and also do seal of wisdom so you can keep all your defensive spells up including concerncrate at level 60, gaining mana and health also generate threat, only single target you use seal of righteousness. Do not recommend this build.

Spent so much time back then farming in DM east. Hopefully we will get fresh classic soon, wouldn’t mind to go again 😁
