Biggest problem is ego with 99% of people. I run pg with randoms and with my new build I have a 81 w%. I go in with a win mentality I look to pass but if I see my team struggling I will take over. One thing I learned in the rec is score quick and take what is given. People don’t want to see u dribble. Two or three moves get to a middy if I got nothing hit some one else. If someone else is frying then I run off ball play the heavy hand. Most people won’t put ego aside. Most randoms would rather score 15 and lose then 10 and a dub

2k needs a competitor ASAP. Basketball fans world wide have been absolutely bent over by 2k ever since EA pulled Live. They now have the freedom to charge what they want and slap together a half asked game and release it because they know if we want to play the sport that we love, we have noooooo other options. The ironic thing is, us as a community are the ones who went out and started buying 2k over NBA live years ago, so much so that EA gave up. So instead of 2k celebrating the victory and thanking the community for essentially getting them the W, they have pretty much squeezed as much out of us while they could. Id honestly be more thanhappy to completely boycott 2K25 if we had the majority of the community on board and it made Wonnie2k and his trash ass company he works for shit themselves.

Things that pisses me off in the rec is when I will always start the game 1st half not looking to score and passes the ball and if we get down I start cooking but they wanna call time outs on me and say y u not passing the ball I have 8 assist when I should have 30 but they keep missing open wit an 85 3 in the conner

Its way to many ppl that DONT care about winning. They come in and all they care about is their stats. I play PG, and Id like to think Im good. But have a turnover early trying to get everyone involved...curse out....freeze out. Pass the ball and someone else scores, there is always someone claiming I looked them off (even though we scored). My thing is if you built a C or a PF or whatever PLAY YOUR position. We can ALL eat, and most importantly WIN. Sorry for the rant.

I loved the gameplay this year but the community was at an all time worst. Toxic every game. I had a white Homie that would always tell me how niggas was being racist to him because of his white skin color on his myplayer and I didn’t believe him until I went and I changed my skin color to white as well. I never knew hood niggas were so racist towards white people. I was so disappointed in my race. Mfs don’t even be passing regardless too, all of them play to lose

As someone who’s been a one man show for a entire 2k 2k21 next gen and part of a great duo last year and this year I think to a certain extent you get enjoyment out of carrying a team it’s a fun challenge and I think a lot of 2k players need to get that out of your system I realized that your only gonna win maybe 60% of your games doing that speaking from a park perspective mostly but the same goes for the rec When I took a year off from 2k22 and came back and saw how much my friend improved from 2k21 next gen we won 82% of our games last year because I no longer had to be a one man show did my ppg take a hit yeah but when you play with good players it’s a given but your shot % went way up I shoot in the 60s from 3 now because I get so many high quality looks unlike before so I’ve had both perspectives

And they watch all these CZcamsr videos with the 'Best Build' which their CZcamsr is the MAIN PLAYER ON A TEAM. Not many of the big creators are making 'ROLE PLAYER' builds.
