The end! And these are my thoughts- this game was amazing. It's a really good concept Where you need to learn all the language. The graphics was good, the characters were nice. Almost everything about this game is really cool. I would like give the game a 9/10.

Flashy cape in Brittledeep is pretty op :P no more rock crab ambushes, they all looked at you and died of your magnificence! "I still don't have any magic" Well you would, if you hadn't left that epic spell book on the floor above xD You made it to the Old Digger! Good job!

This is a game.

This one was really cool game. I Think I'd never play it. first look on the grafic tells me something like "ugh... never!" But it'd by a big fault, this game is cool and now I can't imagine it in difffernt grafic. I love logic games and this one is just cool. I have to still think about life on the boat. Here you can so nice to see how small space the people on boat had - like sleepng in hammock over a cannon. every inch of space was well used. And there was nowhere to escape even for weeks. Ok, Obra Din was sailing around of the shore mostly... but can you imagine weeks or months on board on ship like that? So little space, no real private, traped with quite lots of different people... Voyage over a ocean had to be a hell! Thank you for another great serie ❣

The chaos of it all! You're actually really good at figuring out the systems :D and you're getting better at the action too! I'm disappointed you didn't throw the teleportation potion hard enough to break it on yourself :P it would have been very funny!

hi it's me the guy who made the softlocks possible my bad I get a mild sense of dread whenever i see someone start playing the old tutorial, but this is the first time i've seen someone get softlocked *twice* As Myrrys already mentioned, we've been building a whole new intro/tutorial for the next major patch, so I'm just going to pretend there's no problem here :) Glad you survived the Tutorial Experience of softlocks and information overload, i'm a lot more confident in the everything else I'm a lil bit mixed on whether to suggest you play on the beta branch (available through the Steam library -> game properties -> betas) It's 4 months ahead in development so has plenty of fixes, improvements and extra content, but also has some obviously unfinished/placeholdery stuff Thanks for checking out the game!

I truly appreciated that you actually figured out basically everyone through the exact means that the game intends. Nearly all players end up brute-forcing something at some point, but you took your time and found even the most obscure stuff like the empty hammocks, the carpenter's mate calling the carpenter "boss," and the Chinese shoes. Just a bit of a bummer that you didn't know your African geography a bit better (Morocco and Sierra Leone), but you're hardly alone in that. Great play to watch! 🙂

I’m absolutely obsessed with watching plays of this game, and this has been one of my all-time favorites. The single-minded obsession with your insane O’Hagan bed-switching theory had me in tears. 😂

This has been a great playthrough. You never tried to guess or brute force, but insisted on deducting. And very well too. It's been a blast.

You are the first person I have seen play the game that did not resort to brute force guessing to finish it. You had some incorrect naming of people on faulty logic but it never resulted in fates being solved.

The implication is that the storm that your "chauffeur" talked about sank the ship.

Damn technology :P I could have sworn an accepted cause of death for John Naples was 'eaten by Fillip Dahl' but I tried to fact check myself and can't find a single mention of it 😅was going to say that might cause you to be less sympathetic to Dahl During the attempted kidnapping It-Beng Sia took the shell from the bottom drawer and plunged it into the quicksilver to cause the magical fire pillars. You don't see the shell in his hand, but in the scene his arm in in the chest the bottom drawer is open and empty. Another accepted cause of death for the ones burned by the quicksilver is 'poisoned' btw, and yeah it doesn't really matter for insurance purposes whether it was mercury of some magical substance that looked similar :P I agree that the merfolk showed up specifically because they were tracking the stolen shell, but I do kind of understand that the Royal couple of a country wanted to travel home and at the time land travel took multiple times as long. As far as I can tell Europe didn't have railways at the start of 1800 let alone a connection to Asia so horse drawn carriage would have been their fastest land option. Indeed, the surviving mermaid from the lazarette honored Martin's request and brought the ship back to England to be inspected, and the storm that starts during your inspection sinks it and I think the implication is that was also the merfolk's doing. I'm glad you enjoyed the Obra Dinn! It's another one of a kind gem of a game :D

This a game that SHOULD have face cam. Watching you get jump scared or facepalm is half the fun! Is just my opinion.

Regarding the other 3 escapees and whether they stayed in Africa, do you think you could pay them enough to get on another ship? My guess is the 2 ladies were supposed to be missionaries and probably just decided to change their mission field.

Yes their faces are covered up in the bitter cold but not their entire body
