Yes!!! 1) I think compensation will go up for good buyers agents 2) rolling the buyer’s agent fee into loan is most likely going to become an option and 3) articulating your value as a buyers agent is now going to be more crucial than ever. Thank you! Great presentation!

The future, 3% or less commissions and only pay this to the seller. We all know 6% has been a huge rip off.
