Soft and fluffy orange cake with cream
Cheese glaze. Super delish!

Ingredients
1 1/3 cup of all purpose flour
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
3/4 cup and 2 more tbsp of sugar
1 1/2 tsp of orange zest
1/2 tsp of lemon zest
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
Orange syrup
1 1/2 tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp of fresh squeezed orange juice
Glaze
2 tbsp of cream cheese
3/4 cup of powdered sugar
1 tbsp of heavy cream

Ca I use just butter?
Hello @connieavila7683 these are the ingredients.. Dough 4 cups of flour 3 tbsp of sugar 3 eggs Lemon zest 1 tbsp of salt Milk mixture 1 tbsp of vegetable shortening 1 1/2 cups of milk 3 tbsp of butter Yeast mixture 1/2 cup of warm water 1 package of yeast 8g 1 tbsp of sugar 1 tbsp of flour I’m not sure if you meant instead of shortening? If so I would use the shortening to get the same results. Thank you! 😊
It’s suppose to be 2 1/2 cups of pecans not just 2 cups. My apologies.
Is it two or three cups of pecans? The subtitle says two, but the video shows three cups being added to the pie shell?

Hello You can purchase ready made or you can take a can of condensed milk and put the can in a pot fill with water and simmer for couple hours it will turn into dulce de leche. 😊

Hello I like to know what kind of oil you use for fry and my room my stove Numbers 5 1/2 is medium heat could you please tell me what do you have a number you use on your stove please
Hello 🙂 I used vegetable oil for frying and for the number I don’t have a number on my stove but I have medium on it. Once the oil is hot they tend to fry pretty quick if this happens you can just lower it a little. It’s different for every stove my best advice is to keep a very close eye on it. Also your first donut will always be the tester so don’t worry if the first one isn’t great but your others will be perfect! 😊
