I already enrolled and can’t do Sophia unless I push back my enrollment and I don’t want to do that.
For the Quizzes I can take them as many as I want until I get a 100% but how come people are saying I only have three attempts to take the quizzes? I can take more than three until I get 5/5
Which platform are you working with? Sophia or Study.com?
Thank you!
I like like long videos
How much for the Exam please
HEY.Im doing the exact same program as you, the Touchstone is a little confusing to me for the Business Mangement one , adding SWOT can you send/give Recommendations please?
WOW. this is such a great video. I have been working in IT for over 13 years now. Im planning on getting my IT Management degree as well. I have been trying to get into management but not having a degree has been holding me back
Hello I have liked your videos since you took the CSA exam. It was great advice for me to pass my CSA exam for one shot. How would you prepare for this ITSM? Did you use any practice exams?
Hi, Do I need to pay 500 USD and pass the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals/CSA course from the SNOW training site to take the CSA exam, or can I simply apply to take the CSA exam without taking the course?
You have to take the course to be able to take the exam. (you do still need to pay for the exam)

Wow, that's awesome! I'm glad you were able to find value in this video.
Great video!
Thank you!
Congratulations I’m so overwhelmed and my anxiety is high. Going to take a step back and map out my plan and follow some of the things you shared. Thank you!
Thank you. And yes, you have the right mindset! Keep me updated when you pass!
Thanks for the video man, I haven’t started on this class yet and I’m not excited due to how lengthy it looks. I’m thinking of skipping the text book and going straight to the template.
I need to start this one not looking forward to it😂
I hear you. That reminds me of when someone told me, "Fail fast, so you can make adjustments even faster." The good thing with WGU is that you can approach your learning in different ways. I hope you get through it on the first try 👍🏾
Are they stil giving vouchers? the exam fee for admin is around 300USD which is pretty expansive...
Hello and thanks for your question. As far as I know, you will need to pay for both the course and the exam voucher.
My next course. Starting now. Looking at a studyguide online, im glad that I just completed D075 IT Essentials.
Great overview, thanks for sharing. I've got ITIL v2, v3, and v3 OSA certs from way back in '09. I'm ramping up for v4 now and ran across your video. I appreciate the honesty and snapshot into your prep. I'll definitely check out your prep schedule and quizlet. Subscribed!
I appreciate the support and best of luck to you, I'm confident that based on your experience, you'll do well.
I'm planning to take the ServiceNow CSA exam in person, and I'm ready to pay the $300 exam fee. However, when I tried to pay through the "webassessor" link, it prompted me to enter a voucher code. I don't have a voucher code, but it seems it's required to proceed with payment and attend the exam. Can someone assist me with obtaining the voucher? Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Navigate to your account in Now Learning and look under achievements I believe to find the voucher you received after completing the ServiceNow System Administrator fundamentals course. The voucher will be there.
I am currently studying at community college and intend to transfer to WGU for my business administration ITM. However, I have a question: Is this a good degree to have for a job after graduation in 2024?
It really depends on the job you are going for. But in my opinion it is, because you understand how to be more strategic as an IT professional. You can always get supplemental certifications or create technical projects if you want to strengthen that area.
You’re an inspiration
Wow that means a lot. Thank you for your support. Good luck to you on your learning journey.
Alright Zavier. Won yourself a subscriber with the genuine delivery and professionalism. Looking forward to viewing more of your content
I appreciate that. I'm working to get more content out soon. Thank you for your support.
This was a rough one but managed to pass the OA on the first try
Wow. That's awesome! What was your strategy?
@@tehczavier The most important things for me was going over the glossary page. Once I had all the terms down pretty well, it wasn't too hard to read everything carefully and match the answers up.
Thank you so much for this information! I was trying to create a spreadsheet from scratch and I found this and I also had doubts about Sophia and study and you clarified them all😊
I'm happy to help, and I'm rooting for you!
amazing! thanks for posting this. im going for the same degree how many credits in total were you able to transfer in prior to enrolling? and how long did it take you to complete all the preliminary courses?
I'm happy to help. I don't remember the exact amount of credits, but I was able to transfer in 70% of the full program. In the end, I only had 13 courses left to take at WGU once I completed the enrollment process. And I completed those 13 courses in about 3 months at WGU.
That’s amazing! I went through the course lists in Sophia to identify which classes to pair so now I am working through it thanks for the input.
Is there any penalty for completing the classes on Sophia Quickly?
@@lazperez979 not that I'm aware of.
Hello
Do you have suggestions for a practice test platform to prepare for the CIS ITSM and HRSD ?
Truly I would just recommend NOW Learning and the product documentation page for ServiceNow.
You’re an inspiration to many Zavier, thank you for the free game and intuition. Cheers and wishing more success your way!
Much success to you as well Michael!
Is there an official site for the certification. I see alot of sites offering it.
You're right, there are a lot of different sites. This is the resource that I used. www.thinkhdi.com/education/courses/itil-foundation-4
How easy is it to get a job as an entry-level CSA in your opinion?
To be honest it's hard to say. I was fortunate that my employer was transitioning to ServiceNow, and I raised my hand to step in and was the only person who got certified when it was still new. To answer your question, it depends on what the company is looking for. Some companies want someone to join their team of system administrators, others want to hire one person to do everything. I wish I had a better answer.
Ive just started this course for my Accounting program. I can tell this is one of those courses where the text is not set up the best to know what terms or "lingo" is best to wrap your brain around.
Yeah this class kicked my butt.
Would it make sense to get an IT management degree with no IT experience? If I am not mistaken this degree has business administration as well? Any ideas?
I would say yes. Especially because you get a nice overview of the fundamentals in key areas of IT such as data, security, operations, and networking.
@@tehczavier I noticed this degree does not have any certifications , does this degree provide enough IT knowledge to get a job in IT? Or is it leaning more towards the business side. Thanks for engaging with your listeners.
@artsoto5459 it is more aligned to the business side of IT. That said, there is a strong need for more business savvy folks in IT who can make good decisions and think strategically.
Is WGU a paper mill university??? It doesn’t strike me as a reputable college.
Thanks for your question. It's definitely not traditional, but it is accredited and based on your writing and test taking skills, the work can be either really easy, really challenging, or somewhere in the middle.
which one is easier?
Sophia.org for sure.
I'm trying to integrate Service Now with Salesforce with two different clients. I've got access to Salesforce's sandbox, how can I test the integrations in the Service Now PDI?
Hey, great question, but I'm not entirely sure. I recommend that you create a post in the Sys Admin forum on ServiceNow's community page. The community generally responds within a day or two, and someone can definitely walk you through the process. Best of luck, and let me know if there's anything else I can help with.
Thank you bro for the encouragement, will definitely follow suite...Allah bless you!
I'm happy to help my friend.
They removed a lot of these really helpful resource videos for more generic ones, I just want to thank you for posting this I was able to search them out in their Panopto repository since I had the names of them.
bro what all videos do i need to watch in ServiceNow nowlearning??
Go to NowLearning and search "System Administrator Path". You will automatically be routed to a page that has the full learning path--all the courses and knowledge articles.
thank you so much for this
You're very welcome!
Im starting april 1st on my Accounting degree at WGU and im looking at help videos for the first clases it says are on my degree plan. So glad people make videos on this stuff i want to get through this degree in 1-2 terms and then start on the masters degree.
That's awesome and definitely achievable.
@@tehczavier yeah I didn't realize how achievable it is until I took half of the course prep tools and there are only a few that I scored less than 50% on. Plus my mentor gave me early access to all the info for one of the classes in my first term lol
@@majormushu Nice!!
Thanks and Congratulations 🎉
Thank you! 😃
I want to start a career path in service architecture. But I don’t know how to
A good place to start is the ServiceNow Career Journey page and select the "Support Specialist" career journey. There are some good foundational courses that will help you get started with frameworks like ITIL, etc.
Do ServiceNow have training for GRC? If so, can you do a video on that? I’m taking the CSA training now.
Yes they do. Go into NowLearning , search GRC and they have a whole learning path. I'm not quite there yet in my journey, but when I get there I definitely will create some videos.
Hey man not sure if you're still checking comments here. I saw elsewhere you said you were doing 6hr/day roughly, after transferring all these over, how long did it take you to get your degree?
It took me four months to complete the 13 classes remaining after I transferred my other courses over. I started November 2022 and finished February 2023.
I had been looking for more hands on material and for some reason kept skipping these. Really good to know and watched the video on the MicroCerts. This is super helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Brother you are doing Gods work. Guidance I’ve been looking for omg! Thank you.
I'm happy to help! More videos to come.
Hi Zavier, your videos are great! Thanks for creating this. I wanted to confirm something before applying, for step 1, I do apply so I can transfer whatever CU's I have done (previous classes). 2. Then whatever they say I have left to take, take it at study/sophia. Submit for transferring updated completed courses I had just taken. 3. After, pre-study for the classes I need to take at WGU. 4. Finally, register and finish up the final courses left. Let me know what you think, I appreciate you help. Kind regards
Yes that is correct. Once you are assigned an enrollment counselor, be up front with what you want to do so they can set the correct enrollment date to give you time to complete the courses at Study.com, Sophia.org, etc.
Congratulations 🎉
Thank you!!
Thanks for the video, however it really doesn’t say much for people that don’t have experience with excel.
Thank you for your feedback. I see your point. I was trying to give as much value without making the vide too long or too subjective.
Can we do courses from pakistan?
For Study.com, I believe so, but for Sophia.org, you may want to check.
I haven't went into the implementation specialist courses yet but have gotten my CSA and going right into my CAD this year.
That's awesome!!
