Just practice with someone who has played before (: Condition every day! Try to run a mile in 7 minutes. Eat right, seep a lot, and always look energetic, focused and ready! We don't have tryouts in junior high at my school, but we do teach everyone their basic skills at open gyms in the summer. Hope I helped! (:

there probably new to volleyball. they were probably told to get it over the net at all cost or at least that's what their thinking. and when they hit it back they need to get in front of the ball to have more control not try to hit it sideways. im on the varsity team at my school .:)

that guy in the white shirt tried to show off and missed a reverse layup when he only needed to do a regular layup

yeah whats up with EVERYTHING PASSED... they should teach to set.. you have good serve recieve but you need to move to get under the ball and set hit!
