Hello Chef, my mother used to always make this soup until her butchers no longer sells pork bones. I grew up on this stuff and is a childhood favourite of mine. If I can get hold of pork bones from my butchers I shall make this too from another very experienced chef of over 40 years. It is great for you sharing, thank you. do you have to wet it with water?
I don't when wrapping wontons as the wrappers are very thin and stick together just fine with pressure. But definitely do when folding normal dumplings (the round, white ones - they're thicker & need a bit of water to help stick together)

Can i put this in freezer for few days?
Absolutely! Uncooked/raw dumplings will last for 3 to 4 months in the freezer. Place the dumplings on a tray/plate/cutting board without touching each other and freeze for a few hours. Once they're frozen you can then place them in airtight containers/zip lock bags and store in the freezer. This way they won't stick together.
