EPIC FAIL: The Schindler elevator at my apartment building broke down :D
I rode it down and heard that the door didn't close properly. When I came back and tried to go up with it, it left me stuck inside for a moment. Then it opened it's doors and went up. I was outside the elevator and called it down (when I started to record), and then it didn't even open the doors. The elevator broke down (wont respond to calls) on the video.

Onneksi kerkesin ajaa tällä ennen uudistusta ja silloin mietin että kohta pitäisi uudistaa ja ajattelin että varmaan SHU tulossa. Tulikin Kone. Onneksi sentään Viljelystaloon tuli Otis. Koneen laatu nimittäin on laskenut. Tämän 2024 vuoden Kone hissit hajoaa vähintään yhtä usein kuin Otis. Siksi olenkin jo kolmea taloyhtiötä kehottanut vaihtamaan huollon Koneelta Suomen hissiurakointiin.
Tämä olisi mielestäni pitänyt uudistaa Otiksella. Se olisi ollut tornin arvojen mukaista.

Sitäkään en käsitä millä logiikalla näitä uusitaan. Ne säästi pahimmat rohjot eli 1982 Thyssenit viimeisiksi.
Aika farssi mielestäni. Yhtä hitaat kuin vanhat (testattu siinä jossa oli uusi ja vanha yhtä aikaa). Korin sisustus vain tylsä. Ovensulkunappi ja saapumisääni puuttuu. Voisi olla Destination Dispatch niin kaikki älykääpiöt ei voisi kutsua molempia hissejä. Tälläisiä idiootteja, jotka kutsuvat molemmat hissit ja urpoimmat vieläpä molempiin suuntiin riittää näissä taloissa. Destination Dispatch toisi taas muita ongelmia: silloinhan nämä paukapäät rämppäisi usein oman kerroksen useampaan kertaan ja lisäksi vielä omaa kerrosta ylempiä kerroksia ja alas tullessa myös kellarin.
Nykyään nämä tuntuu hitaammilta.
