Its not cloning (HDD or SSD). Its a conversion.
@@robotics_iot I think you misunderstood. In RAID the data spreads between drives. When in the bios changing out of RAID does the bios handle repositioning all the data to the primary boot drive slot. Acer isn't any help last looked on their site so it seems making a backup might be the safest procedure before having a possibly scrambles boot to turn on and fail on an OS boot.
when i press ctrl+s nothing happens, i have bios version 1.04, what should i do?

You can turn off the laptop, press FN+TAB and hold it while it's turning on for 3 seconds and spam f2 this will unlock all options in bios
