It's been causing crop failures and electricity shortages with protracted black outs due to their heavy reliance on hydo-electric generation. Up-country, Kandi might be an option. It's crazy cheap bu the healthcare is a problem for me. As to Vietnam, I think a visit is in order, but I am hearing too many problems with ex-pat life there especially with bureaucracy and healthcare. Do you have experience in Vietnam?

Its a 2 Years old video.... And Egypt Stands now also as same as this. Very irritating approach by Cab drivers, Horse Carts and Street Sellers.... Will get tired by ignoring and saying No. Terrible way to treat tourists. It is always advised to travel with a tour guide as i don't think a Million Videos like this will make any difference to these people. These people gave a lot of bad impression in our Egypt's 2 week trip. Just avoid Eye Contact and don't speak back to them. There is no other Solution in Egypt to avoid these kind of people.
