40fps to 250fps. WOW! ty ty ty ty!!!

idk if its my quest 2 or something but I regularly get 120+ fps in non vr with everything maxed out, as soon as I enter vr even with every turned off or on the lowest setting in vr its choppy and laggy. I also dont use a link cable because mine wont stay connected is that needed?

Hi whenever I try connecting the vr I load the game and it says failed to initialize vr

is there a way to make it so it only displays on vr on not the monitor. i feel like i could run the game at much higher fps if I didnt have to render it on my monitor and then vr too.

I have a i7 3060 and I’m barely hitting 30-40 fps and whenever I floor the gas it drop to 5-8 fps on quest 2😂 i can play gta5 max setting with no problem with my turbo cooling system, I think my quest 2 is fucked or something, whenever I try VR, it makes me wanna kms

Still running one of the non xt versions. You can overclock these by a lot and stays very cool

best VR config ever, my game used to be at 30 fps with all on low, but with your config i am running my game at 70 FPS!!!!!

Thank you this was a big help. More so the trial and constant to ensure the differences. Idk but 4x is where mine likes to be 8x bogs it and looks real bad down the horizon . Other than that everything good showing all around. I do have a 3080ti so idk why it doesn’t like 8xaa but w,e!

i bought the oculus quest 2, and its been a nightmare, image sucks a few meters i cant see shit, i quit trying to use vr and thought on selling them i dont have any use for them, im going to try this settings and i hope its going to be better, i really wanted to have a great experience, and not having to buy another monitor. thanks for the video.
