This video is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Thanks a lot. Wish someone would’ve advised me I was gonna be left without handbrake before spending money on Z32 stuff 🥲 #imnomechanic
Where did you wire power too, guessing something that only receives power when key is in the on position?
Butyl tape…I would not have thought of this. I was planning to use black rtv and this solution is much less messier and easier to remove when the time comes.
Did this hold up? Many thanks

The biggest s chassis problem is the owners
Great video just forgot about the battery area getting rusted out unless i missed it other than that spot on 😂
I was dreading the mess of the caulking gun method of sealant but this ribbon sealer was a huge save. Thank you so much!!
Have an s14. New subscriber to ur channel. Great video. What color is ur car, it's awesome
Okokok. I m having the same issue. I might have to check that now. I will Let u know you this weekend when I get to look at my 240
hands down the most informative z32 conversion. 10/10
Any idea what happens if you unscrew all the bolts off the face and rescrew them on? Are there any things to be careful about as i accidentally ended up doing so
Why did you not put that sealant around the outer inside edge of the rear light housing? Much quicker.....easier...and now you won't have trapped water between your hard work and the outer part of the light?
Did you ever fix this I wanna know what happened
I just started watching and writhin a few moments I already knew what happened and was right
How did these cams go? Were they worth it? Do you have to run the adjustable cam gears too?
I'm having a similar problem.. car starts but smoke very much (and black) and at idle sounds like your. What was your problem? I didn't get it lol 🤣
What kind of car is that?
Rn I’m having some sort of vaccum leak I think , found a bunch that were dry rotted , replaced them and it got better but still not great . Also for some reason when I pulled the egr , it actually started running better ? And for some reason the evap canister lines weren’t all plugged in too .
Ended up doing a swap out of all the lines I think were dry rotted / could visually see . How would I know if the actual egr is broken tho?
There’s no real way to tell maybe it just crapped out, it’s best to just remove it entirely. Egr, plug the hole in the side of the header, vent the gas tank, remove the charcoal canister, block off where the egr was removed, and plug vacuum lines from charcoal canister. But if your car is from California the ecu will throw a check light (I have a 1993 240sx fastback w/ ka24de for reference)
basicly you will have close to non problems if you keep it stock and maintain it right.. just saying
it is obvious
Great short quick to the point knowledge for all as chassis owners. Great video thank you.
This is beauty 💜🚙
Thanks for the video. Since I am rebuilding my engine, I will wait till I have it all out before trying to put this in. Because as I see, it will be a little easier to do with everything out of the way like you had. Thanks again a wish you luck with everything else you plan to do.
Thank you
Do you have videos with the lights on?
I built a "2-stage" boost controller on my 1G DSM for a fraction of this kit. I used a left over fuel purge solenoid, a manual boost controller, two vacuum tee's, and a switch wired up to the solenoid. OFF was just wastegate (about 9psi) and ON was whatever the MBC was set to. Cost was far under $30 including a switch, wire, and time to drill up the center console and mount the switch next to the gear selector. Nice setup!
Can you loosen the spring?
How do I do this for my g35 coupe
Its not rust proof. So better cover it up or else it will stop working after some time czcams.com/video/YevRmOx8ps8/video.html
Lol well it seems you dedicated this video to my s13 hatch hahahahaha not the rust part tho lol pheeeew!!!😂 😊
Reminds me of the starter car from need for speed prostreet with that single red headlight
Nissan blue coolant is just an aluminum safe coolant,(i work at Nissan parts department)
Props, a very informative video.
It's good to see someone give the 240SX so much love. I had a few of these in the past and they are fun cars. How many did you say you had again?
Interesting could this be used for installing new taillights to fit if sink in hole ?
What’s up man how have u been
De donde sacaste la trompeta esa
im having issue with lean idle/rich wot,its behaving exactlly like boost leak but after pumping 15 psi (same as my boost) i only found minor leaks, fixed those and fixed nothing,i then put boost leak tester on exhaust and sure enough MASSIVE leak before the o2 where turbo mounts to manifold.fixed this and problem solved.
another rough idle issue is a coolant temp sensor coming un plugged. especially if you're sliding the car and those stupid metal clips that go around the connector are never there. not crapping on the vid but just trying to inform anyone in the comment section looking for info, my coolant temp sensor has been ziptied in for years now lol

I'll have the dash, no cracks, NO CRACKS. - Me
Great video! I have a '90 240sx hatch that has been in my family since new. Super clean stock body with a perfect interior and only minor mods like 1.5" Eibach springs on factory style struts, 17" Enkei RSF-2 wheels, intake, ECU, and exhaust. It's a blast to drive and still turns heads after all these years.
I've seen a couple of these done different ways. When I just did mine, I didn't cut the black wire, I just kept it as it was. When I turn the key on it's fine and the pump primes, but then when I go to start it, it blows the 30amp fuse. Do I HAVE to cut the black? Then do I ground both sides of the black wire, pump and ecu side?
So where is the footage from this season? ;)
Nice Nuka Cola poster btw. You down to play some Fallout 4 Multiplayer? 😅
And im gonna talk about a very underrated youtuber. Which is you.
You did this whole thing just to show off your new lighter I know it
Put the heat underneath the wire and let the solder bleed into it
