Looks like those huge 3D house building printers. Have you seen those? They put up an i beam frame, a printer head with a hose to pump a specialized concrete thru and thep print a house!!! Check a video of that out and you can plainly see the same kind of layering. Whoa!

I don't understand why people make videos and turn off comments I had to find a video to comment or ask anything and my question is for the man speaking on the video about Russian cliffs that he said were not natural but built and how the structure of the rock isn't natural but made that way so do you have education in geology and rock formations or are all these truths you claim just opinion with very little research because I live in or near small mountains and I see structure that looks similar to this and is definitely natural not just me taking someones word either the area where I live was under water so unless there were so water breathing advanced humanoids doing the same stuff ....point is that im not super educated or genius but common sense is not hard to achieve and people use videos as proof these days so you have a responsibility to try to put out facts that are realistic and if it's a blind guess you should make that clear for the not so intelligent people who watch your video and then use these in arguments against people that end up embarrassing them and basically creating ignorance your video reaches a lot more than you think and with great power comes great responsibility yada yada yada just be better so we can raise better future generations that ask questions and try to find truth logically and intelligently the ideas are cool as thought experiments and trying to find out our history but this way isn't it my friend
