Every town had an ice house where you could buy ice. The ice was shipped in most of time on special railroad cars.

Gun slinger makes it sound so stupid and also a word that was never used until modern times
NO Bass Reeves, and Wyatt Earp was no gunslinger. he had 1 gunfights, and the only other time he shot his gun , was when he shot at someone riding away in the dark
Funny how Jesse James looks completely different in every photo, he even grew hair after it receding in his early 20’s.
