if you wanna use new card just go in song(playing) and click "recommended composition" and click 'vocal/rap" then it will auto equip a height score/level card. but you also can choice a idol card who you wanna to play

you need to pay, that its not important they dint have a different with a normal gem

more height lvl card more height you get a point, and more point will get more score then you will get a gold and more gem

i'm late but it might be because it has to be with paid gems. On the new OMG update they released now the concept photo needs 300 gems, but they're PAID gems, meaning you have to pay to get 300 gems and use them to buy the concept photo, if you got 600 gems playing for free then you can't buy it.

U need to pay for the gems there are two types of gems one is paid gems and the other one is u can just earn it by playing songs

Also a newbie I think it's started last month and u have to max out the levels of the card u want to upgrade to a higher level:) sorta confused with the comment so correct me if I'm wrong but also if you're talking about the exp up I normally use the cards I don't use or u can use exp cards:) kinda confused me on the comment sorry!

now its easy to get coin just play song and get a score until 3M score (3500 coins) or 5M score (7500 coins) you will get reward coin in "step-up"

To use collection tickets u need to go to the collection book (from the main screen, click on the icon with the book symbol), then go to "artist" section, select a member u want, then u can go on "profile skin" (here sadly most bg can't be bought with tickets) or go to "skin & movies". Here u can buy the background of the member u choose earlier, but it cost a lot (like 850 tickets or so), however u can collect tickets by completing missions on the section "performance cards". You can see better how to get collection tickets at minute 2:53 Hope I've been helpful :)
