She is Remapped with Dreamscience at 330 HP but wasn’t when this was filmed

Stage one doesn’t require the hardware with it but it is optimised with the hardware

I’ve had a couple of electrical gremlins that have been related to the sync module rather than the maps, the maps have been pretty flawless to be honest The cars now got 50,000+ miles on and is still as fun as ever and performing as well as can be :) not a beat skipped

@@otrreviewsanddetailing9962 I was going to get a map on mine but the lad told me he would not recommend it think I'll go for the induction kit for now yours sounds pretty good

@@keithhedley1392 not sure who recommended against it bud but Dreamscience, Mountune and Revo are part of the MK4 Focus ST owners group on Facebook which I admin We have 1,100 current members with countless ex members, I know of one car the failed due to map and that was because he was pushing to hard for To long without the relevant hardware to support the map It isn’t needed for normal use but for track or extended usage hardware is recommended Please come join the group sure the other members can help all the way as well :)

So sports mode drops depends on driving Sport mode B-Roads - 17-21 A/M roads - 25-29 Normal B-Road - 25-29 A/M - 32-37 It’s pretty good

Not wrapped mate they are a set of the OEM covers from Paintmodz. The splitter and skirts are From Maxton Design and I haven’t done anything to the back yet except change the exhaust to Cobra Sport system. But I do have plans for the rear end soon

This one was the 125 Hybrid

How did it drive? Did ir seem underpowered at all?

@@alistairvenning7329 I found it a little gutless certainly have as much get up and go as I would have liked, I would certainly consider the 155 over the 125 every time. The hybrid system is very good but I’d recommend the 155

@@alistairvenning7329 it is very smooth and as with ford it is very comfortable and easy to drive

Turn of phrase I used The system is a sound synthesiser which produces artificial noise into the cabin via the speaker system which can be de-activated via Forescan software

I’m glad you like the review John, I wasn’t sold at first but the drive did sell it to me and nearly bought one but couldn’t part with my Ruby even though she’s filthy at the moment but a cracking bit of kit

All should have the performance gauges on mine are accessible from the Ford Performance menu but I have a analogue dash old skool on my MK4. I believe Revo are looking for an auto but not having much luck as UK a market is heavily saturated by manuals

@@otrreviewsanddetailing9962 for some reason I can’t find that feature , at best I just toggle to trip mode feature , I don’t know how to get your view . I also bought an after market gauge so I could see my boost, but if I can find how to get your display then I won’t need it :(

Thanks David, means a lot bud it really did surprise me I stuck with the ST standard as I just love mine but came close to making the jump, if your not already check out MK4 Focus ST Owners Group on Facebook, full of good advice and mod inspiration, our detailing company cleaned and assisted modifying an STE today and yesterday as well with dreamscience crossover pipes and cooling system

TBH I’m not entirely sure why it wasn’t launched Stateside, seems an odd one to me

It is a tough question to answer with apex £1100 between them, for me I think the 18” alloys on the X are a better fit for the car plus you get the EATC which I have in my focus and it is just the absolute best system add that to the B&O sound system which again is awesome I’d say that the X was a no brainer However that being said there is no shame in the ST-Line as this is incredibly well specced from the word go as well, for me yes the X is worth the paying the extra

You guys are lucky...the difference between St line and St Line X in Ireland is close to €3k (2.6k sterling)...needless to say I stuck with the cheaper spec for my order.
