Living in a massive city like London is one very chaotic experiene, no matter how organised and focused you are. I and Khavita found a quiet place to record this calming meditation which both of us needed after a long week of busy London. A place like London shows its' dark corners if you spend enough time here but the truth is that I've met the most unbelievable and interesting human beings here. Some who bring a light so bright that it managed to make me fall in love with the city and its' people despite the struggles. I invite you to spend this hour to focus your energy on the bright people you know, especially if that includes yourself. About me:
I grew up as a middle child of three, raised by our mother who has always done the best she can to provide and give us the love we needed. Despite all of her phenomenal efforts, the death of my father is something I am dealing with to this day. I never met him, as he passed away while my mother was pregnant with me. This reality is mine to accept and understand but at the beginning it was very difficult and stirred some very angry emotions inside of me, as his death wasn't an accident. Music has always been the easiest way for me to deal with these emotions so I started my process by listening and making heavy metal music. Very different from the handpan. But later in life I met with beautiful souls and teachers, one of whom took me under his wing and thought me the ways of the breathing and meditation so I started to face my fears. That's when the handpan came into my life and now, after a couple of years of this therapy, I want to share with everyone else in the world what I've learned about self love and acceptance through the therapeutic sounds of the handpan.
