I upgraded my OTH on my own by submitting a records review. An abundance of post service positive evidence. Statements. And submitted the ADRBs' own cases and compared other discharges simular to mine to show inequalities with my initial discharge.

There are so many great people at the va but the corrupt culture of the bureaucracy is something you have to experience in order to fully understand what it is.
