Siegfried Tieber - SneakPeek / Los Angeles

A quick sneak peek at Siegfried Tieber's performance style - and what people are saying about it!
This has got to be the easiest trick to ever fool them. This is like the first card trick I ever learned. That way was done by the deck alternating between red and black at the start, obviously he didn't do exactly that but he just knew the order and the 2 cards that were selected went back in the opposite order to how they came out. Easy.
that’s a tamarit performance ?
Allison tried to crack down on his "character" a 2nd time lmfao
Alyson's face at 3:03 😂
am I wrong or does he just place the decks in an order that the day and month and position will combine in some number system to give the card
Juan Tamariz 🎩🎻
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, not just the magic, but the man, and let’s not forget the lovely Alyson who made these performances so very special!
Man, that delay between when Penn says Stop, and when he actually stops is huge
1 deck memorized, then shift all cards 1 spot for each new day. It looks like you memorized many different decks, but you really did not.
I am surprised they did not get it. A memorized deck should not fool them.
Plot twist: Gramsci did not die in prison during Musilini's reign but instead escaped, drank an immortality potion, and dropped political philosophy in lieu of pursuing magic and here we are.
Did you actually give them the deck in the original order and guessed two following cards? :D
Truly great
Incredible 😊
Only an engineer would develop an algorithm to monitor card positions over months. I love this.
I just love watching him perform. He’s one of my favorites.
Well done. Some magicians go on p/t and are terrible
Great trick! A waterfall force would be too basic a move. The secret is the separating the cards into 2 piles. Instead of making it harder to guess, it made it easier. He knew which card didn't belong in the pile, because they got put into the main pile in reverse order. Penn volunteered the information of which pile contain his card and which contained Teller's. Once he knew that, Siegfried knew the cards. I'm surprised Penn & Teller didn't catch that. Maybe it's their policy that if they don't get it at the first guess, they concede the trophy.
Wow he got me too I thought it was the waterfall force from the beginning wow that was really good!
Encryption algorithms have lots of applications.
I don’t care about the tricks, this guy’s an absolute pisser to watch!!! 😂😂😂
This guy just has amazing energy
but it did look kinda of force, u can see when penn said stop a few cards still dropped but idk maybe just a delayed reaction from tieber
very simple. never shuffles the deck beforehand. shows the bottom card after the cut to the camera and the audience. Either has an ear piece or a visual clue from the assistant in the audience. He could probably also have seen the bottom card on the screen himself. Tada!
bro has the same birthday as me
Honestly it's kind of surprising that Penn and Teller's best guess was that he forced the cards, which trivializes the entire effect. It would not have been necessary to go through any of the card cutting and separation if he had actually forced them, but in any case. Congratulations on fooling them!
Borat has come a long way since his film debut
Legend has it he's still waiting for the book
Well done
Why does he look like the Zebra from the Madagascar movie 😅
Juan Tamariz inspiration is clear and cool
He’s good but so god damn boring
He has a camera on his shirt wired to the pink pentagram which is likely a battery/transmitter. He also has an ear piece behind all that hair. Quite easy really.
Okay, this guy is funny. I’d like to see his act live.
“That explains the hair” gave me an actual ‘guffaw’. That was pretty good.
It's always nice to see a magician with personality, lol
Just think of it as one huge deck of cards! Not individual decks
Miss the hair
Photographic memory is not a myth. Look at Kim Peek.
We dont talk about Bruno
I won't tell you how he did it, but if they were shuffled not cut, the trick would fall apart
FERRY NIICEEE!!!
Excellent performance. Great charisma and very engaging
I just moved this! Is it possible that part of the script was inspired by some other famous Spanish speaking magician? (The name escapes me, now)
Come on! We all know, it's Sasha Baron Cohen 🌝
If I had to guess I would have thought the same thing Penn so far that reason I'm out
This is not original at all. He stole his patter and mannerisms from Juan Tamariz and Dani DaOrtiz.
This is an old trick by Juan Tamariz. Same comedic routine and everything. P&T have seen it before and guessing all he did was change the method to fool them.
I literally just graduated this summer from the same University this guy went to in Ecuador.
Great trick and great presentation. This looks more like an adaptation of another famous routine, kind of weird that Penn would suggest what he did as the method.
