Bist du schonmal auto gefahren? Beim wegfahren bzw im 1. und 2. gang braucht man einfach viel sprit.
ist ja verbrauch auf 100km. Wenn du 10kmh fährst brauchst du sehr lange für 100km und demnach verbrauchst du locker 15L auf 100km.
Ghost wenn der im 5 Gang 20 fährt dann ist das normal

SMG Is a true manual, it has no torque converter. It uses hydraulics to shift and push in the clutch. You can take the same transmission and covert it to a third pedal if you want. It’s people like this, that give it a bad rap. Starting off in 3rd. 🤔

Hi. I had smg in my 330 Ci. it broke, so I had to swap it into manual but the only shop in the town had 5 speed... I needed it swapped fast as possible cause i needed to drive the car and had no time.. now i have time.. do you know what i should do to swap it back into 6 speed?@@Oldguynotbald
Das uber garbage!!! There is a reason (actually many) that BMW stopped production of SMG in E46's (non-M). Those vehicles are straight up garbage in my opinion, right up there with the early production E65/66 7 series (02-05 745i/li). I would have to say that the only thing worse than having one of those, would be being the proud owner of an E60 545i SMG with valve stem seal issues. I remember when those things came out in the E46, E60 and Z4 3.0i. We had a couple of them in our loaner fleet, and I remember thing the same thing every time I got in one to start it up..."Man, this thing is just broken already!". Trust me, I've worked for them for going on 15 yrs and manage the service dept, I'd rather own an automatic, Atlanta blue Z3 1.9l, with the manual/power assist top down screaming out..."Heeeeeeyyyyyy!!!!". Slap a turbo or put some nitrous on it, and do your self a favor and blow the damn thing up...

Im driving 325i smg. Had 2 clutch actuators changed, 1 hydraulic pump (due to the heavy leakage of clutch actuator the 1st time). It's a great box but really unreliable.

What was the Problem?
The paddles on the steering and the gearbox, they are not working. The problem was the control unit of gearbox.
